After partying at a yuppie-type bar, the singer of this pseudo-reggae band told us that BFS was playing at some dive club, so we went. When us Detroiters walked into the club that had a wet floor, and the stench of urine, I turned to Eric and said "Dig it man, we're home!" We had a blast, despite the fact that the crowds typical age demographic was all of maybe 23 at best! It was a sh!t-ton of fun anyway, because Detroit natives ain't afraid of ANYTHING, and power-pop-punk is right up my alley! BFS must have a cult following, much like the Ramones, because every single patron in that club knew all the lyrics to each and every one of their songs! Thanks again, Eric, I had a BLAST!
