I love ow Bowling for Soup never took themselves serious. Their songs were always catchy without being generic and their videos were always super hilarious.

The music video to almost definitely proves this, they're not afraid to make a fool out of themselves, and honestly it works, it gives them a unique vibe that not a lot of bands have

I'm 24, and I love Bowie, Aerosmith, Queen, Nirvana, and Motley Crue. I don't listen to a lot of the music that was made past the late 90's; Bowling For Soup, and some other bands I grew up with, are rare exceptions!
Music nowadays is utter shite; not much meaning to it beyond sex, alcohol, or parties. Sure, they sang about that decades ago too, but it wasn't all about tits&ass, or getting "turnt" or whatever kids are saying these days! I don't know half the expressions they use, so I don't know if I used that correctly haha.

Shea Ocoiligh Blink-182 started almost 25-26 years ago. The music was way better in the 90`s. When it was actually still punk instead of these other genres you hear these days.
