We didn't have social media and smartphones and I honestly think those two things have made things way worse especially for teenagers. Everyone was a lot more chilled out. They were definitely problems and bullying and all that but it wasn't a panic type thing or blown into this huge deal like everything is now. Racism also wasn't this thing that was constantly being talked about we all got along nobody thought about it at all.
