Classic game. The crowd is so loud and intense too. Legitimately intimidating. That energy psyched out the Rangers for sure and caused all those errors. A whole country wanted revenge asap, and we willed it into existence.
As a Blue Jays fan, this was a miraculous game. In fact it was a miraculous series. I do feel for the Rangers and their fans thinking that they were going to cruise to an ALDS victory and then seeing the flukiest play practically gift-wrapping the next round until the next half of the 7th inning. I remember having to run auditions for a community theatre show that year and having the game play on my laptop. Then seeing Bautista's home run in the corner of my eye, I had to stay professional and not react until we had a break. It's a moment I wish I was at the very least watching intently and able to react... but i envy the 50,000 who witnessed the home run live in SkyDome. That must have been amazing.
Shouldn*t have been worried but I was obsessed with Beltre being a first ballot hall of famer He*s in my opinion on th same level as Griffey Jr. Work ethic that is unparalleled just for starters. He*s th Greg Maddux of 3rd baseman. Natural can*t say enough 3rd baseman
I remember being dropped off at driving school at the top of the 7th, having a whole class, getting home, and the 7th was still going. Just a crazy game, even for someone who was neutral. Also, gotta give the umpires credit, they were spot on about Odor scoring in the 7th. Fans just got salty
Except there is a fatal flaw with that Odor part. The Umpire called the play dead DURING the play. This meant all the Jays players couldn't, at the time, respond to the ball being "in play". Then umpires RETROACTIVELY said the run should count, because they said that they WRONGLY called the play dead. It gave the Jays 0 chance to respond to the play and then awarded the Rangers with the go ahead run. It was, and still is, the wrong call.
The best part about the Bat Flip isn't even the Bat Flip. It's Bautista standing still for a moment before doing it. "You're goddamn right that shit's gone."
AMAZING GAME! But I'm glad Fox went back to using their individual sports themes instead of using the NFL on Fox theme for every single sport they broadcasted. Bad times...
While I completely agree with it being unnecessary I think it was kinda a turning point into the modern game of guys showing more character. I’m all for the guy who shows up and does his job but if it gets the next generation into baseball I guess I’m ok with that.
Blue Jays first playoff series win since 1993 World Series.

One of the craziest games in history .
I love how the commentators were both making points on how wild and crazy the inning was and the bautista bomb was yet to happen.
Best series ever in 2015
I was walking my dogs when he hit the homer. From the park I heard people screaming in their houses 😂😊

Jose bautista. The most epic bat of the MLB. DR🇩🇴

Enjoying this classic Division Series. Jose Bautista became the Texas Rangers' # 1 public enemy

Greatest HR celebration ever
I guess you've never seen Joe Carter hit his Game 6 home run.

You gotta admit 2:13:49 for about about the next 20 seconds is fuckin wild!
Was so loud that the camera shook
Phillies legend Jose Bautista
When the Blue Jays were good 😅😅.
God I wanted the Blue Jays vs Cubs in the World Series this year so bad.
You made the audio only come out of the left speaker

this was on my birthday lmao
One of the best bat flips of all time!
Why is the audio so shitty
Tulo in a Blue Jays uni lol
Bring it back 😢
Is there any better bat flip than this?
No
The Entire History of Neolithic Britain and Ireland ‘. Why does every video I click on have this title?

I thought the division series was the best of 7. Not 5 games
It was always best-of-5. The ALCS is best-of-7.
@@josepharte I remember when the ALCS and NLCS were also best of five.
Bautistas bat flip was completely uncalled for. Should’ve gotten tossed as soon as he touched home plate.
Yeah, I am not a fan of the bat flip, showboating, excessive celebration. Act like ya done it before, be cool.
While I completely agree with it being unnecessary I think it was kinda a turning point into the modern game of guys showing more character. I’m all for the guy who shows up and does his job but if it gets the next generation into baseball I guess I’m ok with that.
Bro is just mad the jays won lol
Dumb take
Sour grapes. Get over it. Something that occurred nearly 10 years ago and people are still whining about it. It's not the 1950's anymore.
