Does anybody absolutely love building and watching huge houses like this get built, but always ends up playing in small one story homes when they actually do gameplay?
Speaking as one of those crazy simmers who almost always plays with a full household - thank you for still creating houses to fit those of us in need! We’re literally too run down to do it ourselves. 😂 I try to not max out every single household but I always seem to fail. I do love building and decorating too, but since I already spend so much time in CAS and in game mode I tend to only build smaller houses, mainly for my elders or for single sims/couples. When I’m 7-8 sims deep I just put them into a house from the gallery and personalize it to fit the family and I can always count on this wonderful community to deliver.👏
I have never heard of you before, I get random build videos recommended to me, but when I saw the gorgeous house in the thumbnail, I just had to watch it. This is amazing. I'm so in love with it.
I have a British mother, my children call her nan nan, my father was dad dad... I had a nana Winnie! Love hearing you say nan, it brings back memories from growing up in England. Awesome build!
I used to add lots of clutter and detail to every room like you do, but lately I've gotten away from that and become more minimalist. This has inspired me to reintroduce the clutter. It's just so much more realistic, especially when you have so many people in one house. Love it!

Toddlers and high chairs aren’t as bad when you have a single parent - but when there is two parents floating around it becomes a mission to keep the toddler in the chair!! & 😅🤣🤣

I love your build! I can't build a house like you can but I love to use previously built homes and make my own changes to the house exterior and land, but I have the most fun redecorating the entire interior!
I use this house as my house for my two favorite sims.. I made the inside and outside different to suit my sims needs and I love it.. Though I don’t think you would recognize it now.. It’s fun to go back and see the differences..

one of the most british things i've ever seen is at 11:27 when you put the basketball hoop on the side of the house instead of above the garage door. love it.
This may have already been asked and answered-but just in case- do you have any tutorials where you slow things down and instruct how to change the size/height/placement/etc. of things?! That would make my Sims playing life SOOOO much better. This is honestly amazing!! I can’t stop watching.

I came across this just after I did my own big family build. Girl, it took me three days to get a home half as beautiful as this. I thought mine looked good until I seen this. You did an amazing job!!! 🥺
This is a very nice build! I love watching builds and I love building as well! It’s relaxing! I can relate to the foster child roll. I was a foster child and I was moved around a lot. It made me rebellious and I did my own thing. I also thought that no one wanted me. But it made me a better mom and with the rejection from other people, it has brought me closer to God!😊
@@Jessicapie it’s okay Things happen for a reason. My dad left when I was a baby and my mom is bipolar. It was probably for the best. I decided not to let it define who I wanted to be as a person. It made me stronger and independent I’m 47 now and have come along way and I have the Good Lord to thank 🥰 my kids are grown and I have grandkids to spoil 😁
I just want you to know, that I have lived in 2 of your houses now lol. I ALWAYS build my own home and have my Sims live in it but your builds are so beautiful I just couldn't help myself! That's really saying something from my point of view. Thank you for the beautiful builds. I play using no cheats so I actually save up the money to buy them and it's a lot more satisfying that way. I want it to be filled out with depth and entertaining families - and I did at one point start making the families but I realised that with the updated townies coming out, it could be something that would only happen within new save files (I assume anyway) so I’ve put the creation of sims on haunt for the moment! 🤍🤍

For the storyline, maybe when the moms dad died, her mom went through a depression and experimented in drugs to help deal with the pain of losing him, and the daughter was taken away and put into foster care. Then the grandma got sober when the daughter was a young adult and they rekindled their relationship!

Great build! ❤️ This is my first time watching one of your videos but I'll definitely be watching more. 🙂 I was wondering, when you place things on a surface (counter, desk, etc.), why do you remove the surface, place the items, and then move the surface back under the items?
Thank you! & many surfaces in the game have slots that things can clip to, if you place something onto a surface to start, and then remove it the clutter will stay at that height, and you can repeat until your happy with how the clutter looks and put the counter back!
Are you an architecture? If not, you should definitely go towards that direction or somewhere similar! And do you share your homes at the gallery, I would love to download them!

I've been planning on doing a generation family (idk what the term is, sorry English isn't my 1st language🥲) but as you said, the game only allows 8 people in one household. I dont want to use mods so i figured, can i ask the family members to become our household members?? Really curious bout this for a long time

I have a question for you as a builder, how do you decide how to build the exterior? I can never seem to where to add bump outs or how to lay it out. Any tips would be appreciated. ❤️
Normally always include them, but with loooong videos if I need to cut something it’s normally the bathrooms 😅 but I’ll try and include them more in big builds in the future 🥰

Hi!! I dont know why but my Move object on doesnt let me just freely move things, it still keeps me somewhat limited with like mirrors and how close things can be....its quite annoying, and yes I have double and triple checked it is on lol. ANYWAY, this is BEAUTIFUL....after you make them, are they still functional and the sims can use the objects?
Hi! That’s annoying I’m not sure why that’s happening! I would say if you okay on pc then download the better build buy mod - there is a way to always have move objects on in the filters so you can freely place everything all the time, I had a problem with move objects before and enabled that part of the mod and never had a problem since! & yes they are, I say in every video but in case you missed it, I play test everything to make sure its all useable and I never seem to run into any major problems (if any minor ones too!) all of my builds on the gallery have been playtested and will work without issues 🤍

I love a big build, but a lot of my own sims are rags to riches, so half the time they are lucky if they live in a tent 🤣🤣

No lighting mod just reshade! My reshade is by fantayzia! not sure on the name of it as ive had it in my game for years, but think its her first one!

absolutely love this building! Too bad i cant download the house because i dont have half the game packs you have :') even if i did download it it wouldn't look the same.
which brings me to my question, would you ever (if it isnt too much) make a house that has only base game furniture (if you havent done that already) i feel it would be cool and a great challenge!
I have done a good few base game only builds! I posted one three videos before this build, and then I also have huge base game ones with treehouses! 🤍

Any sims game is great, I still play sims 3! Don’t let sims 4 intimidate you, if anything sims 3 is much harder 🤣😅 (I think anyway!)

I might be the only one that likes to watch bathroom builds as well.... Especially if bb. Moveobjest on is enabled. The clutter and personality.
Normally always include them, but with loooong videos if I need to cut something it’s normally the bathrooms 😅 but I’ll try and include them more in big builds in the future 🥰

Hi!! I dont know why but my Move object on doesnt let me just freely move things, it still keeps me somewhat limited with like mirrors and how close things can be....its quite annoying, and yes I have double and triple checked it is on lol. ANYWAY, this is BEAUTIFUL....after you make them, are they still functional and the sims can use the objects?
Hi! That’s annoying I’m not sure why that’s happening! I would say if you okay on pc then download the better build buy mod - there is a way to always have move objects on in the filters so you can freely place everything all the time, I had a problem with move objects before and enabled that part of the mod and never had a problem since! & yes they are, I say in every video but in case you missed it, I play test everything to make sure its all useable and I never seem to run into any major problems (if any minor ones too!) all of my builds on the gallery have been playtested and will work without issues 🤍
