I’m not normally much of a beach house person, but this makes me want to have my current household drop everything and move to Sulani to live in this house.
This build came out so beautiful! Id love to see a your interpretation of an enchanted dark academia themed manor/home for a family of spell casters! I imagine lots of vines and plants, maybe the crystal tree in a back garden, and of course a beautiful library! As always, thank you for sharing your work with us, your content is truly addicting and fun to watch and listen to 💕
Wish I could give heart instead of thumbs-up. This is such a great build and I love the kitchen too! My thoughts on Makoa have been that he once was rebellious against his island upbringing, wishing to become some successful fisherman and build a fishery in the city. But falling in love with Lilliana brought him back to his roots and a new love for the islands he comes from (Sulani). So he has fishing skill but is now living in harmony with his child of the island trait. This house fits that story and lore SO WELL! Thank you always Jessica!
i cant recall if i've said this before, but you have RUINED all other speed builds for me. i can't watch anyone i used to anymore because none of them completely satisfy me the way you do. this house is so perfectly warm and eclectic. i'm super matchy matchy and perfectionistic, so it is SO difficult for me to do what you do and i admire it so much. every time i get nervous about a color choice or a furniture choice my jaw DROPS because you tie it together so seamlessly as though, no yeah, we ALWAYS use that movie hangout couch! phenomenal 🩷🩷🩷
For real!!! I watch her videos to inspire me on my build, I try and attempt it but I can definitely not get to her level of building she makes the most GORGEOUS builds Im so jealous I wish I had her skills 😭❤️

For the life of me I will never understand how you can release a Pacific Island-based theme pack without SURFING 🏄!!! Surfing is a RELIGION to native islanders in those parts and to not even have more DECORATIONS (actual objects, not debug) that reflect that is beyond me. We definitely need a SPORTS game pack that includes all of these types of sports. Maybe even TWO sports packs - a solo sports one and a team sports one. For solo, definitely surfing 🏄♂️ and skateboarding🛹 and tennis 🎾 and billiards 🎱 and ice skating ⛸️ or roller skating are some I can think of to add. For teams, definitely American football 🏈, world football / soccer ⚽️, hockey 🏒, basketball 🏀, and baseball ⚾️… for sure. And give us competition events for both solo and team sports!
genuinely considering making a world strictly based on all the households you envision in each of your builds. you're so inspiring and everything you make is absolutely gorgeous.

I’m working on being a writer/artist, and designing environments like houses is a bit difficult for me. I find your speed builds very inspiring when it comes to getting ideas for buildings and rooms! You put so much personality into each house, and it’s very cool to watch and to hear about the storylines you have with them. It has helped me design spaces in my own stories! Now if I’m ever struggling with a room design for a character I guess I could ask myself “which Jessicapie video would suit them?” 😂

I'm not sure if you'll see this but the reason why Duane has no family is because in Hawaiian culture sometimes if people who have family passed away or the child doesn't have any family members, the community will often take them in. So, that's why he lives with that family because they took him in because he has no actual family.

These videos constantly amaze me because I'm not creative enough to play The Sims creatively! Can anyone explain why water bottles are used before being deleted please? I can't figure out what they are for.
You mean why they're put onto shelves and cabinets and stuff? Because I can explain that. They're put on surfaces to stop items from automatically slotting in. So you fill the slots on say, a shelf with water bottles (or really any small item), and then you can place the items you DO want on that shelf anywhere you like, instead of in just the preselected slots. Once you've got your items where you want them, you delete all the bottles. Does that make sense?
