I’ve never missed an episode of Colbert’s Late Night and though I love his show, I nearly always find his musical guests terrible and suffer through them (I always give them a chance). But this song grabbed me the second I heard it and is among my very favorites. This is one of the few instances of Colbert’s musical guests winning me over and turning me into a fan.
It takes a lot of gall to try to please These dehumanizing entities I befriended all my enemies They had my back against the wall Oh, a coward is what a coward does I suppose maybe I always was But I'm sick of it, I've had enough And now I'm ready for the war

Has anybody told the keyboardist that Flock of Seagulls can sue them for misappropriation?
Hey give him a break man, at least he's reminding people that Flock of Seagulls existed :)
Flock of Numskulls compared to Bright Eyes.
@@3genac If you kissed your dream girl on the gym dance floor in 9th grade to the song "I Ran", you may have a different opinion. Just sayin'
I did. That's part of the problem.
