all the boys from Wildrose are from Italy and thier style is based on LOTR. This song Diggy Diggy Hole was a song originally sung by The Yogscast and inspired by the famous videogame Minecraft. I love these Dwarves of Metal...they are jut epic.
not inspired by Minecraft. a member if Yogscast (Simon if i remember correctly) improvised Diggy Diggy Hole while playing Minecraft to alleviate boredom. his character looked like a dworf and he was working on a mine shaft. there is a video out there the evolution of Diggy Diggy Hole
their look isn't really based on LOTR, its kind of a mish mash of different fantasy worlds, the giant pauldrons are reminiscent of World of Warcraft, some of the heraldry is from Warhammer and the song Battle of Ekrund is about a battle at a fortress in the Warhammer World and he wears a Warhammer dwarven helmet in that video.

This song is legendary because it carries the same energy and feel that "Uncle Sam" or "Yankee Doodle" did. You just know "Diggy Hole" was a taunt made by the knife-ears to make the dwarves sound like childish little mole men, and the Dwarves took it and ran with it.
Also Celebrimbor and Narvi along with Snorri and Malekith definitely sing this together.

If youre hankering for more fun, gimmicky fantasy metal bands, I recommend Gloryhammer (they have a whole madcap saga told in their music featuring time travel, space battles and zombie unicorns), Victorius (their more recent albums are about a war between robot dinosaurs and space ninjas), and Twilight Force (basically take a LARP group, make them awesone musicians and let them write songs about their Dungeons and Dragons setting)
