The Quick Goan Dudhi Ros (Goan Coconut Milk Bottle Gourd Curry) is a bottle gourd curry which is traditionally made by grinding grated coconut and spices and extracting the spice milk from it. This recipe is a shortcut No Grind recipe. We use coconut milk powder in it.

Quick and easy with the coconut powder!! Is there a taste difference compared to fresh coconut?

Of course there is. But just so slight. Fresh Coconut Milk is always better ! You can use fresh coconut milk in this recipe too. This recipe however is perfect for those who are short of time !
