- Hello guys :)
It's about underwater footage of Jigpara Metal Jigs.
Hope you guys enjoy it.
Special thanks to Jeff Weight, who gave me an idea of this video.
If you have any lures for underwater footage, please let me know.
I'll try my best
Thanks for watching :)
super helpful and thorough video Tony! Extremely well done from showing all the various techniques and action. I've said it before in your videos but nobody knows how long and difficult it is to shoot and edit footage like this. Well done as always!
Thanks Benjie~🙏😊
Surely it took little more time than other videos and people don’t think about. And thanks for mentioning that. It is a kind of reward to me 🙏😂
But I’m just doing it because I’m enjoying it lol
No nonsense-just clear footage and great information. Thank you!
Appreciate you ~🙏😊
Thanks for watching :)
Awesome video showing the action of the lures underwater👍
Thanks 😊🙏
Great filming, having a nice pool help having an occasional leaves give the perspective to the size 👍.
Great video, thanks! I personally like the action of the slim the best.
I’m going to use the slim for little deeper spots. It’s going to be great 👍 😊
Thanks for watching 🙏😊
I really like the action on the Micro 5g and Micro 15g. Great video Tony님~!!
I like them too. While I make the video I noticed 5g has good actions and drop time.
Thanks 😊
This is awesome. Thanks for doing this Tony. The micros appear to swim and jig the best. I was thinking for the next test how about a Kastermaster & Krocodile? I'll even provide the lures.
Thanks Jeff 🙏😊
I’m going back home maybe 2 weeks later from my business trip.
I’m going to try it. Excited already 😆
And thanks for the offer for the lures but I can take care of it.
No worries 👍
Thanks again:)
Great effort. This gives me a better view of the actions needed.
Thanks for watching 🙏😊
Your videos are very informative 👍🏼
Thanks 🙏😊
this is an EXTREMELY useful video and I learned a lot. If you ever do an episode on spoons I suggest a Savage gear seeker if you can get one
Thanks for your comment 🙏😊
I’ll try to make it as soon as I have a chance👍😊
awesome work man!
Thanks 🤩👍
فيديو جميل جدا شكرا لك
I just starting to fish micro jigging thanks for the help🎉 7:04
Thanks for watching 😊👍
Great vid! Just order bunch of jig paras after watching this vid. Can you also please make one for Daiwa zakana and Shimano colt sniper. Keep this vids coming!
I’m not sure I can do it soon but I’ll keep it in mind 😊👍
Thanks 🙏
Don't use uni knot because it's tight to the jig ring which prevents free movement. Use loose knot.
Thanks for your comment 😊👍
Yeah loop knot is needed for these style of jigs.
for two jigs one in 15gram and 5gram, what are they call? I'm talking about the Micro one.
With small jigs how light and long does your leader have to be to avoid spooking very picky fish?
Thank you so much for providing such good info!
I use my leader 2-3ft only. For picky #6 test fluorocarbon line is the best in my experience.
Thanks for watching :)
hey budy great video🙏🏻
i mistakly bought my first jig a 60g one can i use it on shore or i should buy a lighter one
Thanks brother 😊👍
I personally don’t use 60g for surf fishing but I use the size a lot on jetty and deeper water.
Personally I use 15g mostly 😅
When you are using the 15g's. Where do you tie on to? Directly on the Jig or on the Assist hook ring? Or does it even matter?
To me, it matters.
Some jigs have one ring, attached jig and assist hook together. Some have two, one for jig the other for assist hook.
I tie on the one for jig. The reason I don’t tie directly cuz the line breaks soon or later, specially braid lines. After some casting and getting a good bite, line breaks. I’m not saying it happens all the time but happened to me many times. I lost the fish and my lures too lol
And
With the ring you can get better action of the lures. More active, reflective.
Also that was in a pool. I wonder if they react any different in salt water?
I believe it is going to be different cuz of the 🌊
How to avoid the hooks from catching the rocks when using them
You can use assist hooks only, no treble hooks. Easier to escape from rocks.
Or you can retrieve the lures little faster before the lures hit the bottom.
But I believe there’s no way to avoid snagging rocks 100%
@@CastNreeL82 Thanks for your reply, I will try. I really lose a lot of lures in longbeach
Swim and Blade shape good on Retrieve..................... Micro shape fall +Retrieve ok.......i take Micro
hard to imagine these lures outfish some of the top lures available. the action is so unimpressive
I know what you mean. That’s what I got my first impression haha
After I used the metals I love to use them lol
Looks like they aren’t any good
That’s what I thought when I watched the video. I don’t understand why fish bites the lures lol
@@CastNreeL82 so you do get some hookups using those lures?
