Fighting is good for the body if you do it right, with the right spirit and intent that is. It's when bad things go down that fighting is there to actually save your life. Cause after watching your 5 common mistakes video i was wondering about the correct timing for leg extension and how far it should extend when kicking the heavy bag. Hey, Shane! Have you ever seen someone not able to sit with the legs bent on a certain side, the way you're demonstrating it in the video? If so, did this person know what exercise to do to fix this? I know I have poor hip mobility, but I thought I could switch easily from one position to the next. In a nutshell, I can do all the drills on one side only. Even if I "cheat" and use my hands to change my position, I can't even remain sitting without using my arms to maintain balance.

(I've bn doing boxing/muai thai for roughly 2 years through school once a week, and fencing about 5 years.) I find myself to be more of a counter fighter but I often get pushed into the corner because I move back too much. If you have any tips I'd greatly appreciate them.
