Great podcast. Assembling prophetic quotes as a teenager is impressive.

I’m asking the same question on the priesthood ban-
Seems in obvious conflict with “God is no respecter of persons; all are alike…”
Running it thru scripture, doesn’t help me much.
    🤔

What can you tell us about the priesthood ban when all of the leaders were teaching that doctrine?

The priesthood ban was a policy. You will not find canonized scripture on the priesthood ban. The gentile ban is a policy in the New Testament. In the Old Testament it says the Gentiles could become part of the house of Israel.
They have videos that directly cover this topic if you’d like to listen to those.

Is this what you’re talking about regarding Brigham Young saying Adam was God?
“And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image.” Gen. 5:3 I am quite satisfied to be made aware by the scriptures, and [p. 123a]by the Spirit of God, that He is not only the God and Father of Jesus Christ, 2 Cor. 11:31 but is also the Father of our spirits Heb. 12:9 and the Creator of our bodies which bear His image Gen. 1:26-27 as Seth bore the image of his father Adam. Gen. 5:3 Adam begat many children who bore His image, Gen. 5:4 but Seth is no doubt more particularly mentioned, because he was more like his father than the rest of the family.”
I hope not. It’s clear from the context of the entire talk that the “He” in “He is not only God the Father…” is a pronoun that does NOT refer to the antecedent “Adam”. Instead, “He” is the noun substitute for Elohim.
