This is such a cool classic of Dave Casperson, that’s been a part of hot vw magazine since the 80’s. July of 1985 to be exact , Dave it was nice to meet ya! So if you take a look back into 80’s hot VW magazine, you’ll find a lot of photos of this VW Bug.
My sisters, 1956, threw a rod, so very thankful for Dave Casperson for loaning out this classic and her taking a win. Big thanks to everybody from the track crew out there, for being so awesome. Also to all the racers and new friends I met out there. Cheers and God bless y’all. I had a blast 💥
