- I caught up with "Super Bug" at the 2015 NSRA Street Rod Nationals...What a cool Car...It has a get stance...Flames...A tilt front end with a 502 Big Block under it....You have to check this one out!!!

Hi Scottie, Many years ago I had built a 1956 vw body on a 32 ford frame , I put in a 351 clev. into the front with flip front end 32 drop axel 57 ford rear end, chopped 3 in. on both sides with wish bone springs front and rear. Dash moved back 6 inch. and I sat in the back with the door post at my shoulders.I spent 4 years building and all most done when a bad marrage when down. Had to sell it.Can not find the last pictures of it. That's only one of my builds and my best yet. Thanks that looks great.

That is a VERY cool bug. They had a few cool beetles there, but this was by far the coolest. Glad you shared it with the rest of us.

I've seen plenty of small blocks crammed into these bugs which is what I was expecting to see when I clicked on the video. I was genuinely surprised to see that 502 in there!

That has to be almost the perfect weight to power combo. Most all the weight is centered, and bugs tend to hold the road well anyhow. I would love to see a more intense video on it.

Hey Scottie! How's it going? Enjoy your videos. Beautiful VW! Wish it was mine. Don't mean to be picky but that's not a big block. Very well done engine but that's a small block. If i heard you right you said it was a 5.2? I own a GMC pickup. Nothing special about it but it has a 5.7 which I'm pretty sure converts to around a 350 C.I. Just a little FYI. Keep those great videos coming.

Ha ha just like mine. Except mine is all black. And the wife has a new model. And her's is all stock except stereo. And i get allot of thumb's up all the time. Even Richard Rawling's tried to make an offer on it. Nope he wanted to buy it from me for a Thousand dollar's. And i said hell if u want to buy it i will sell it to u for 50 grand. He walk's away when people are calling his racist's names and stuff after he brought out both Oklahoma Street Outlaw's and Missipissi Street Outlaw show's. And he did shut down Misfit Garage and i figured he did. During the last episode of it. Where Richard appear's. And tell's Tom that he brought the Garage. And told the Camera Crew to stop recording. And he told them that there show is finished since he brought the show. And they wanted to kick Richard's ass.
I think He is a idiot...
Don't like his show at all. Richard Rawlings is an ass!
