    When I find myself feeling stressed I think calm thoughts to slow down my brain and the stress goes away.
    The brain uses thoughts, sight, and senses as feedback to create consciousness.
    We become stressed when we perpetuate stress-inducing thinking.

    Identical to Kapaal Bhanti and Anulom-Vilom excercise that are being practiced here in India for millennia, and still Yoga gurus suggest. Not only this, many other linguistic and theological similarities across the civilizations of the world are evidence of how open people were to each other and to alien arts, sciences and related practices back in time.
