love these virtual walks, feels you are actually walking along the paths in the scenery especially if you have a big screen. The best part about it is you don't realize you exercising because you are too busy concentrating on the lovely scenery. Thank you Lucy for all your great workouts with so many to choose from xx

Just completed this as part of your Feb workouts. Only found you a few weeks ago doing the 7 min a day's to start with but loving the incentive to follow this through for the month. So pleased I have found a managable way to get fit and stay healthy. Thank you :-)
Thank you Lucy for making us invest in our health. I used to do your workouts 2 years ago and I saw amazing results. Now that my kid is an year old, I started working out and I came back to your videos straight as I know they will definitely give me results. I already see some changes like my energy levels are good throughout the day, my stress levels have come down and most importantly I could push away negative thoughts. I am not losing much weight though because I am nor doing any portion control as I am still breastfeeding. Thank you once again! Love all the way from India

OH Lucy! This was by far my most favourite of all your outdoor walking videos!
I LOVE LOVE loved both Venice(s), also Paris, Vienna and London. All of those are VERY Well thought out and really push you to do great things in such beautiful surroundings!
This however I think is more if you want to push yourself with more 'taxing' moves.
I LOVE That you go back to the slap knees and would do that with the light jogging (soft feet).
Mind you I am not young! I am 53, American, living in the South of England in Hampshire.
I am menopausal and am dealing with a 45 lb (hormonal) weight gain and meno-belly in the last 3 years alone.
I think if it hadn't been for your videos and encouragement on here I greatly fear where I would have been!
During the WHOLE pandemic/lockdown, I had to do workouts late at night because my husband worked at home during the day and needed our tiny lounge for that.
I wound up doing 2-3 of your workouts every night. My GP said if I hadn't been doing the work I did, I probably would have been twice my size.
Hormones (my thyroid plummeted off the charts to boot!) Menopause is such a challenging time!
Your videos, suggestions, guidance and much more helped me through ALL that time to present day. I could NOT do your videos really at the start!
Anyhoooo! LOVE this one so much. I think the other outdoor walking videos are fabulous! But as mentioned, I think this one was more geared toward a very thorough full body workout (and you don't really realise it until nearly to the end). I LOVE this, definitely going to be my 'go to' (and Vienna).
I am not able to focus right now to do the current wonderful challenge! But hoping to join in next round. Thank you for all you DO and give to the world-wide-community!

Late two the party but this is my fourth day of implementing this workout into my life. I’m a big girl and I find this surprisingly easy but it does get my heart rate up and makes me burn calories. So far I’ve done this a few times a day and it helps me get in my steps without going outside and also helps me burn calories easier. I can burn them at work since I work as a porter in a casino but it’s hard when you have to constantly stop and go 💔 grateful these videos exist!
Did this workout June 12, 2021, and my legs loved it! This is my favorite walking vorkout and yes Lucy, I enjoyed it!

Great workout! I added 5 lb weight to it, OMG! It was hard, but it really made me work harder! One, more thing, if you could please add new cool down at end of your new videos that would motivate me and others to do it, otherwise, I don't feel like going to another site to do a cool down! Day three done. This was challenging!
That was a great workout. At the end I was really out of breath, then a warm glow came over me, especially in the knees and calf muscles. This was my first time with this video, but definitely wont be the last. I will continue this workout once a day. Thanks Lucy
