These two episodes were the best in the series and really give us a lot of insight into what life is like after the Republic.
I think the solitary clone is better than the clone conspiracy

Main takeaway from the newest episodes is that all clones should have had beards!! They look 100% better with beards, pretty sure the separatists would have immediately given up and gone home if they'd seen that much Spartan beardyness marching towards them
It's amazing how the music stays consistently good even though it changes genres week to week. That part when Chuchi was being chased was scary. The racing was fun. The tomb raiding part sounded like an epic adventure.
Anyone think this video is not really an easter eggs video, more of a summary video of episodes 4 - 8 lol
One thing you didn't mention is that the b-1 racer has the body of a protocol droid kinda like what happened to C3PO.
It's funnier as an AotC reference, too.
For episode 5 “Entombed”. That big machine they activated gave me Fallen Order vibes as well, like maybe it was a Zeffo war machine and they buried it in the mountain after their need for it was over and the machine wouldn’t just stay off. 🤷♂️. Definitely Zeffo vibes from it tho
it's laser attack was similar to those sentry guard robots that kept activating in the Zeffo ruins
It's definitely zeffo... these details are really slim. We don't even get the aurebesh translations
We can only hope that the final half of the season is just as deep, dark, and interesting as episodes 7 & 8
The best part of episode 5 was the shot-for-shot “grab the treasure” sequence that perfectly mirrored that of Raiders
So, little catch.
The clone in episode 7 that's shot first said he sent a message to Ramphart, so he likely mobilized what I'll call a Doom Trooper.
"What's older than the Jedi?"
My answer: The Father, Brother, Sister, and Mother (Abeloth), Sith (species not ideology), Zeffo, Bendu, Mandalorian race I think but I'm not sure about that, and last but not least Zabraks but again not sure about them though

Been seriously missing Star Wars content on this channel. Great episodes happening that are really expanding the universe. We got Cody , Bail, Chuchi and Gungi. Nice to see Rex actively involved early on.
Is it just me or is the droid at 1:32 the same one from Attack of the Clones that got its head installed on C3PO's body on Geonosis?
Did you notice that the villain or CID’s counterpart in episode 4 is the same species as the ninth sister Masana Tide?

I’ll have more time this week to hunt Easter eggs since it’s only one episode.
Everything in the "Entomed" episode is referenced to the Zeffo in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The writings, mechinery, and the type of energy used is all Zeffo related.
There was that 1 battle droid That was definitely a Nod to episode Two When C3 PO had His head Stuck on a battle droid body and vice versa
When I was watching episode 5 of backpatch and when that Mac laser shooting thing came out of the ground I was like that looks like a tall Nick from the horizon 0 dawn series
I really miss the deep dives into each episode. I’ve been so disappointed in these. He doesn’t even seem to care. Just a “I have to do this” feeling. 😢
its really sad, I doubt hes even a star wars fan at this point. Anyone who calls clone troopers "stormtroopers" is a surface level fan at best

The clone that Rampart used to take out Cade and Slip could possibly be Slick...or maybe Dogma (though unlikely since Dogma had a facial tat) It has to be someone that knows who Captain Rex is.
Not slick rex would remember him
I like the idea of the assassin being slick. He was very nondescript and was a total rogue. Clones look like each other and without any real identifying scars, tattoos and an erased id, Rex would have had a hard time recognizing him.
