This person higher in rank is walking around and pick up trash that tourists let fall. I’m more and more disappointed in people; keep your trash in your bag and put it in a 🗑️. I highly respect all the guards.
Perhaps they should charge tourists to get a photo taken with a guard and the money could be used for the upkeep of the horses Would also have the effect of reducing the numbers of people clustering too close

Both a Lance Corporal of Horse and Corporal of Horse have the same insignia, 3 cheverons with crown above, difference is a Lance Corporal of Horse has a cloth crown and Corporal of Horse a brass crown.

They just put crazy titles so people will watch it and they can say so many people watched and commented. If it's true guards did that they wi loose their touring industry visiting the palace.

Where that Guard picked up some "trash" is adjacent to "The Guards (Souvenir) Shop." Perhaps some wrapping, packaging material or such blew away!
