I used to study all that stuff (if that can be called studying) and everything he said about chakras is entirely wrong from the Eastern Mystical Traditions from which that idea arose. Even his contention that "people are stuck in the first three chakras" is wrong... Eastern Tradition would say most humans are stuck in the first *four* , not three.

um, no, they are nothing alike in that manner. Facts do not change, only our description of those facts. If a description doesn't need updating, then it will be the same description. It doesn't adapt, it updates.

"It is a scaling or harmonizing" - This is a reference to musical scales, as a form of orderly organization.
"of vibration" - by vibration he's likely referencing eatheric (magic) energy.
"between polarized" - usually means between a positive and negative, but here i think it's more about two ends of a spectrum.
"frequencies" - a measurement of eatheric energy

Jordan's artstyle has evolved over time, but I'd agree that I think it sucks compared to when his updated art-style emerged in pieces during his Atlantis movie, and then came-out full-force from the crystals and on... Until he did other stuff... But other people have animated shiz for him, so I imagine that other people may have also drawn shiz for him.

Jordan got the chakra colors all wrong. Red is anger, orange is greed, yellow is fear, green is willpower, blue is hope and indigo is compassion. Also, there is no cyan in the emotional spectrum. It's almost like Jordan made zero research for his video!

Jordan did do research, and I can prove it. Jordan performed his research using a technique that I like to call "colo-rectal idea assembly."
It's not very difficult. I can teach you this research technique. The first thing that you need to do is stick your hand up your ass. All up in your ass. Then, visualize an idea in your mind. Pull that idea right out of your ass. Now, the last thing that you need to do is create an elaborate theory which weaves this new idea into all of your previous ass-ideas so that it creates a coherent worldview, or non-coherent worldview depending on your preference.

I really like that not only you debunked the science of SS here, but also explained the original concept of chakras and how Jordan got that wrong too. I am not saying it's real or anything, but addressing these topics would also be interesting as we can see where these concept and ideas actually originated from and how wrong Jordan gets these as well (not to mention what he adds to them). It's interesting from a cultural/religious and historical point of view, but it also gives you something extra to debunk for those who believe Spirit Science. I also realize that it can be a bit hard because many of these concepts have very vague meanings and a lot of people disagree on them unlike in actual science.

Ah, Spirit Science. This is gonna sound weird, but if Jordan went in depth on this craziness, they'd be a treasure trove. Not of actual information that pertains to reality, but ideas for magic systems for tabletop RPGs. Seriously, this chakra stuff is basically a step-by-step guide on how to make a homebrew Monk magic system for you next campaign. Hell, I might even cannibalize that "ankhing" idea if one of my campaigns goes in "that" direction!
Jordan should be a fantasy author, or maybe contemporary sci-fi. This stuff's brilliant! Not real, or all that coherent, but there's lots of nuggets of good fantasy material....

I don't know if someone already said it in the comments, but looking again at this video i just noticed something very interesting about what Jordan says. It happens starting 3:32 in this video. Do you notice the colors chosen for the chakra wheels, the emotional logos associated with them, and the name Jordan gives them ? It's very important. Let's see the list :
Red : angered looking guy eating a snake, "Survival"
Orange : two people grabbing each other in an embrace, "Sex"
Yellow : happy guy running with senses in high alert, "Willpower"
Green : welcoming guy, "Love and Emotion" (what does welcome got to do with Love and emotion ? Jordan doesn't know what a salesman is)
Cyan : guy singing, "Sound"
Deep blue : guy with a marble on forehead having a headache (lol), "Sacred geometry of creation"
Purple : guy having a deep breath, "Spiritual awareness and understanding".
Now please compare this list with another list, one which comic fans will most likely recognize specially the DC fans. It's the one of the various types of Lantern Corps, each being based, in-lore, on one of the 7 colors of emotional spectrum. Let's see how those 2 lists compare.
Red : Anger and rage
Orange : Greed
Yellow : Fear (they're called Sinestro Corps)
Green : Willpower
Blue (or cyan, for comparison purposes) : Hope
Indigo (or deep blue, for comparison purposes) : Compassion (it's the M.O. of the Indigo Tribe).
Pinkish purple : Love (The Star Sapphires).
I find it interesting how Red and Orange are a direct match. Yellow and Green seem switched in Jordan's version, but still there as Fear and intimidation is emotional manipulation in DC's approach. And then for the last 3 he put one ("Sound") that is a complete intruder to his little "hypothesis" and the last 2 are what he wanted to conclude with in the first place.

I think the polarized energy he refers to is Prana/Mana/Chi, which is a very common concept in Oriental beliefs.
Some New Age spiritualists claim that the theorized Tachyon Particles, are essentially the same thing.
As far as I understand it, I think the concept is basically "All is one, One is all" or "As above, so below" as the Alchemists believed. Which is essentially, God = the Universe, the Universe is connected through this "spiritual energy" which flows all throughout and through every thing. Think "The Force" in Star Wars. It's not that complex of a subject, as it's a very common idea in Oriental beliefs, and has been referenced in fiction time and again.
I think at this point, you're not entirely disproving the "nonsense" of one person, but rather, shitting upon religious beliefs that have been held as traditions for 1000s of years. Yes, Jordan says a lot of ridiculous crap like in his History video. But in this particular one, you're nitpicking at things he says, and pretending he's making up stuff, when in fact, I think it was pretty evident that he was saying the Chakras existed outside of a 3rd dimension. Concepts which do exist in scientific theory. No, it's not proven, however, there is a point in which hard reason, and a lack of open-mindedness "just because I can't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist" mentality is in fact more counter-intuitive than otherwise.
The fact of the matter is, science is incomplete at the moment, therefore, you cannot conclude with absolute certainty that none of these ideas COULD in possibly be true. The fact of the matter is that the universe is full of mysteries, and unexplained questions. Many of which don't have answers.
There comes a point in which criticizing and insulting a person's beliefs just because you don't agree with them is more of an act of shameless ego dick-stroking, than it is an objective view at what a person is saying. Yes, Jordan says a lot of crazy hippie shit, but not everything he says is ill founded. His videos on chakras hold as much weight to them as many of the writings in the Bible. Which, while a lot of what the Bible says is horseshit, a lot of it is also ancient fable which can give you a window into what and how people thought thousands of years ago. Understanding our past is critical in order to progress onward, and in all truth, the belief that all of these concepts are wrong with absolute certainty as you so portray, is just as bigoted and incorrect as the opposite on the coin that you so vehemently criticize.
You're not better than Jordan, just as you're not better than religious believers or other atheists. You simply have your beliefs, and that's it. To postulate yourself as superior because you believe that your beliefs are more correct is only pushing your further from ever truly understanding the world.

I personally watch both series' to open my mind to new concepts and to keep me grounded by legitimate scientific facts simultaneously. I find watching both series' is a way to make sure that I'm not being heavily influenced by either party.

The fact that babies will play with toys, crawl around and explore, and from what can be gleamed from infant morality tests, seem to prove that babies think about more than base survival. Also human survival depends on contact with others, which is brought about by willpower, which is fueled by instinct. This whole chakra is controller different stuff, is just, dumb. Human psychology even when we are infants is a LOT more complicated than anything SS thinks. As someone who studied psychology heavily, this hurts me.

Jordan all of a sudden have an explanation for any thing that's recognized spooky science in Quantum Physics and while our scientist have been bumping their heads against the wall for the past 100 years when it comes to the spooky part. Albert Einstein as much as he hated some parts of the QP he couldn't gotten as far as he got without it.
I understand Jordan and his ideas are crazy and out of proportion, but nothing is more crazy the QP, the theory of just even thinking that none of this reality is real tis just nuts. Scientist say if something you don't understand you should not jump into conclusion with claiming final results, well they have been looking at the same damn experiments for the past 100 years and results are always the same, is it that much embarrassing for them to admit what is actual aftermath of the experiments. The evidence is obvious, but I understand is hard to accept it because the reality we live dont allow for such final conclusion.
