    Very well and clearly presented. I have owned 18 homes but havent bought one for 10 years so this is helpful to me in our plan to move one more final time. Wish you worked down here in Georgia! We have at least 5 residents in our retirement community who are real estate agents and at least 2 are very successful. Homes where we live dont last long due to demand in our community. Still not looking forward to selling and all it involves again.
