Your example of the g league is spot on for f2 and f3. They are feeder series with the ultimate goal of getting drivers ready for f1. Formula E however is it's own separate series It's very similar to f1 in terms of how the series works other than that they use electric cars. Indycar is also it's own series and other than looks and that they are both open wheel cars has very little in common with f1 as they only race in the north America and they race on both road courses like f1 as well as a few ovals.

It's not the speed. It's the breaking distances and corner speed that makes a F1 car.
F2 and F3 are feeder series for F1, drivers are almost always young (late teens to early 20's). FE and IndyCar is often home to those who never made it to F1 or who did and failed.
F1 cars are the fastest, only on rally stages where they drive on dirt. Or ovals where they drive full speed in ovals. And ofc drag races but that are its own things, laptime around a track where you need to turn and brake is the thing that matters, and f1 is the top there
I would see if you could do a reaction to some Jimmy Broadbent stuff, he's a great dude who loves cars and video games. I recommend his "Sim Racing Stewards" videos where he basically looks at players being total morons and decides who is guilty.
