I'm Legendary 1, the only reason I made the push to grind through weapons I will literally never use was becauase I wanted the daily blessing to help other Tenno. MR is not everything, I dont think you need to be max rank to be considered a veteran, that just comes with time and experience. Happy farming Tenno 🙂👍🏻
Same. I just wanted to give resource boosts on the earth relay for beginners so they can make fun stuff easier. I had every mod and frame I needed (limbo, volt, nidus) maxed out at like mr 20 but pushed anyways.
This .!
Also, the letter Lotus send You when you reach rank 30 is a really nice detail
Exactly!!!!! Im trying to bless my boizzzzz
im grinding to 30 cause i want the extra riven slots lol
L4 here. I just buckled down one day and decided that getting everything was my goal. Grinded it all on my own. It took forever, especially those login reward and event exclusive weapons. Now I just make a list of anything new that gets released and go get it and max them so I stay at the highest MR possible. Does this matter? Not at all. Just the way I like playing the game. I’m a completionist at heart. Also have every achievement on Xbox for the game. Working on finding every mod now. It’s just what I like doing, that’s it
this is me but a work in progress, I'm at L2 playing on PC
@@sneakypanda81731 you got this bro! You’re so close!
Same. Collecting arcanes now
Done warframes, primes and focus. Arcanes and maxed prime mods atm + any returning event weapons or Barro sales. Accidentally hit legend 2 a few months back

Why not? 😂 It's fun, untill u get tired just 1 round
@@tetiitet i will go into conclave(out of pure boredom) with zephyr & the zenistar and heavy slam,(heavy slam a player then roll to avoid being locked on the ground leading to death) it is so goofy dropping 20 bombs left and right funny as hell should try it

I just recently got to MR30. This after 1700 hours of in mission time (Stats in Profile). I never really thought of MR as the indicator of how good you are, but lately have been pushing hard to get to 30 just for the Relay Blessing which I find awesome.
Thanks for the video! I think any player who gets their living off of a game is a professional player of that game and PvP or a team is not required. You are a pro. Keep it up!
My first interaction with a legend 3 player was me and a friend as new tenno was cracking relics on a rift survial mission, we were chill, staying in a room, waiting for things to be gold before killing. The L3 gyre player complained at us for not staying in a room, which we were, cos we didn't crack, because his gyre was killing too fast. Whixh if that was being said to me, i wou.d take it as a compliment.
I'm @ 15, I started around 4 months ago. All I care about is being able to use every weapon.
1 more and youhave literally everything in the game unlocked (the tenet melee weapons are locked at MR 16 to purchase, tecnically all tenet weapons but since when you kill a sister they appear on your foundry teh mastery requirement is useless lmao) besides that you only have to fear riven mods rng (some can get locked behind a mastery rank beyond 16)
I'm 15 and I started 3 Years ago 😂
Some Legendary 4 don't know how mod a weapon... 😅
I believe mastery rank 30 is the line. Like back when we hit it we thought we were done and I even stopped playing. I felt like I finish the game back then and I did felt accomplished because at that time I had done everything the game had to offer.
10 years and over 6000 hours. MR28. Passively played. I had a period of grinding MR but I burnt out and took time off after, promised myself I would never do it again. IMHO, what I consider a pro is a person who has a wealth of knowledge and is able to innovate when it comes to building.
I loved the don't touch conclave part
I have seen so many mastery rank 4s fail so hard at actually playing the game, we had a guy join us for an endless run and holy shit was he bad if we picked him up once we picked him up 100 times, and he was on revnant go figure.
It's always the revenants
How you die on revenant lmao 😅 like damn man you that bad
I am MR 18, but I am also have been away from the game for 6 years since I played on PS and I am no longer accessing my PS. Luckily, DE decided to sync all platforms into single account and I am back into the game on PC. I have finally reached Steel Path and cleared all the pending quests. Some of the members in the new clan that I joined was puzzled when I said I have not cleared the New War even though my MR is high until I told them my circumstance. Good to be back into the grind.
I just recently got to L2 and agree with you. It's just something else for us to work on if we want too but you don't need to after a point.
I am currently MR 28, almost MR 29, and I am raising my mastery rank for completions sake. I want to accomplish it. I want to master every warframe and weapon and companion and vehicle. I just need to overcome a few major roadblocks, and I'm there - I need Forma, Kuva Liches, and Sisters of Parvos - and a few one-offs like the handful of Warframes I have yet to get (only 8 total to go including Primes).
Back in years ago, when Draco, Ceres was the meta instead of Hydron, Sedna, I met a lot of players claiming to be "good" because they got to MR20-21 way quicker than I did. Difference was that I took weapons through my journey to lvl them up, they didn't do so. Now that ranks go so high up, it's way more real..
Though, back in the day, it was kinda useful to do so, because a forma'd weapon was hard to lvl up again, since there was no MR capacity by default. Now the game is really easy to play, so you can just enjoy whatever you want without even trying hard. Since MR25 (and basically Kuva weapons), I stopped trying to complete my profile. Tbh it was disappointing having to spend so much forma into weapons to get them to max rank
When are you gonna do a GREEN BANSHEE build video
I got to MR30 a couple months ago, and am still learning a lot of stuff on some warframes and weapons, been playing more at my pace rather than following the meta and doing things hyper efficient
I didn't rank up for years, and just styed at 27 because I liked the gold icon. I finally did the MR tests a month ago and apparently had amassed enough XP to get to legendary 1. It's nice to do the font blessings, but MR doesn't mean anything. I just like to play with a variety of weapons and frames and mess around in a weird shooter sandbox.
I was MR.14 about a month ago cause I took a break from the game in 2019. I had all these things sitting in foundry that I never claimed- but now I finally had the resources to just spam buy inventory slots and not worry about deleting anything lol.
Thanks to these event boosters I am now MR.23 and can confidently say that the only benefit I like is the increased trade count.
MR. doesn't change how I feel about the game- I'm more proud that I can solo 6x3, orphix, netracells, archmedea, sp circuit, etc. rather than just seeing the MR counter go up.
I 100% Agree
Started playing round 2017 and I always made it my goal to reach MR 30, but I never saw it as taking skill to get there as it was never skill full to level up a weapon fast, so I never rushed. I am right now at a happy 27 and I'm just grinding at my own pace whenever I feel like getting some mastery rank
I get the point you are coming from, im only mr17 as ive just used the weapons and frames that i find fun to play
I've only been playing for about 2 months, and my biggest goal was to get to MR12 so I could use good weapons. I hit that yesterday because I had enough resources to craft a bunch of trash weapons for the double affinity weekend, and now I'll just keep grinding out this weekend and quit worrying about it until I get close to 30 - when I'll probably worry about it again.
I don't think MR has anything to do with how good you are though. I'm MR12 and have nfi what I'm doing, I've been making it through the star chart with brute force.
LR1 and i started playing in February 2023. i didn't start actually grinding for mastery until i got to 26 and saw the benefit to getting to 30. I only got to LR1 because of all of the new items that i got in the game. I am done grinding for items that i will never need or use. Mastery Rank for me was literally hours spent in ESO using Vauban to pull all the enemies in front of me and me spamming shots or melee into the ball doing next to no damage at all, hoping for someone else to bring a nuke frame. 30 is HUGE quality of life for me tho.
i feel the same. i've been playing for close to 9 years and only mr 28, but i have never really cared about my mr. i play to enjoy, the passive mr grind just gets done in the process while i enjoy playing the game.
Best thing about Mr 30 is that you can go ESO after you’ve levelled your frame once. After that you can slap on thermal sunder and level your frame in 2 rounds or so
I'm a Legendary 3, and im thankful my wife let me do it!
I'm LR4 and can confirm that it mostly shows your investment and loyalty towards the game and is definitely Not saying anything about skill. 😅
Other than that I personally stopped actually caring about it when I reached mr18. When Mr30 and the blessings were released (or i found out they exist) I aimed to reach it so I can give something to the community. Every rank after that was just so my clan giveaways can include legendary cores. However the most fun in my opinion is helping others (new players are my favorites), watching newcomer let's plays, or just finding new builds or ways to play the frames / weapons.
Never get tired of the intro song ITS FIREE AND RELAXING
Mastery Rank is really important, for the sake of decoration and getting max points on newly built and just fora carved items
No matter what content u miss it’s not going anywhere so do it at ur own pace
MR 25 and up is a good indicator that the player knows what they're doing.
Not really, im MR 22 and I've been playing since 2014
more liek 20 to be fair, like, all player should be kinda similar in game knowledge past 20,
@@Theran_1 i used to know a guy who was mr14 doing steel path with me lol
@@twitchypaladin8859 steelpath has become a joke to reach, and with revenant, wisp and other monkey gameplay warframes? a joke to go throught if you just copypasted some high level build adn pickl up a good gun, so no surprise with ""lower"" MR's on steelpath, i kinda like it and kinda not xd
Idk, i have rank 24 (2000h and 1400d)
MR8 here doing regular SP lua circulus levelcap runs with non meta frames. I enjoy my time the most with excalibur and an infinitely scaling build with KPM >100 even at those levels.
I play it love it take a year break an come back to play all the new content plus gives you something to work towards each time you come back
what's your tts called?
Im at 21. Lately i just go through a cycle of leveling up, then a few weeks later see my MR creep up to the next level so i fully commit to the next level, then i completely forget about MR again
i just wanted to reach mr30 so i can start modding my stuff right away with a full mod capacity from start and it's also good when you use forma so you don't have to unequip mods when you reset the item level and it was also some sort of a personal goal i wanted to reach in the game and i feel satisfied. i'm not very excellent at the game but i'm not terrible either.
good luck man. L3 and all forma I have ever made is still not enough if I was only forming lich fodder.
I got denied entry into a clan because I wasn’t mr25 (was mr23 at the time). At this time I had over half of the frames in the game fully built and steel path capable at minimum, over 30 separate weapons fully modded with exilus and max rank mods save some base level element mods for status distribution, and had solo’d every possible bit of content in the game elite deep arch included. Like MR doesn’t technically matter beyond 16 but once you’re around 20 if you semi focused on getting a couple solid frames and weapons you’re probably totally capable of all the content in the game and everything else is just extra bs.
I’m 26 on Log in day 860 something.. Only time I rank up is when the Mastery rank up noti pops up. I probably want hit 28 for a very long time, I’ll only be using new noticeable good/fun gear in future updates. I pray I never hit Leg, my fashion will plummet to the ground.
I definitely agree with your views, but I would also have mentioned riven mods and their mr requirements. Given that different riven mods require different mr. You may not have farmed the best mods and weapons for end-game content, but a good riven can certainly carry you. If you have chosen not to play with the meta, having a high enough mr for any riven mods you own is enough. Personally, I fell into the trap of why would I use any other guns when I have the best in slot mods and weapons, so I was stuck at a lower mastery rank. I'm going back now and am working on getting every gun, but there are a lot of reasons why someone can be a low mastery and still have a bunch of hours. Really, I see people like that who have the most experience and what other may consider (pro) regardless or their mr.
there's literally no point other than bragging rights but even then, you don't know what the entire game has to offer. I'm currently MR L1 closing in on L2, but there are always things that I do not know about that I learn from other veteran and even newer (than me) players. The perks are really nice tho
3 account legendary 3.
4 th acc ( now is MR 14).
in my opinion , MR does matter until MR 20 ( weapon requirement) after that, you kinda wanna looking for friends, build community and stuff.
MR 20- L4 is best to enjoy with friends, making specific build, hunting/ farming together.
The only way iv grind for lvl 30 MR were those loadolut slots, it helps a lot, and the daily buffs help too 😀
I saw a GM4 who looked like they had no idea what was going on. And that to me just doesnt make sense. He was either trolling or hes just really good at wasting time. MR means nothing if you arent helping others in my opinion.
Like for support to " That guy who always uses a blessing at the relay " we all appreciate you guys
I’m legendary 4 and I can confirm that rank is absolutely not an indicator of skills or understanding of the warframes. I basically use 3 warframes; Rhino for high level content, Ivara for mining/fishing/difficult spy , wukon for speed runs. I’m pretty clueless to the abilities of other warframes and when I’m doing the circuit I have research the abilities. I would say my rhino build does kick a$$ and generally out killing/ damaging randos on 1/2 the games. But I am otherwise a pretty dumb warframe player.
Rank is not an indicator.
The major perks for being L4 are:
- Putting formas on weapons and warframes leaves you on 100% of the points. For weapons means I can actually just use the weapons without worrying about levelling it up to put all the mods on.
- You can max out the riven slots to 180 (you only need L1)
- You can have high level enemies in the simulacrum (225 i think)
- blessings (you only need L1)
Im still Golden Dragon. Im in no rush to get to the last lv either. I enjoy the game and ill get it when i get it.
I'd say MR18 would be the goal to reach, because then you can use anything in the game, including riven mods (highest MR req i seen was 18).
After that, i'd say it's playtime which is displayed in your profile, which is mission time . . . . So that doesnt count simulacrum, relay, dojo, orbiter time.
I'd rather have high playtime, than high MR personally, cuz as you said, someone bought their way to LR
Ive been mr 18 for years i only level what i think is good at the time am i a noob too?
LE3 here, been playing on and off since 2015, but honestly no rush to the MR. now it's just cruising tell i get most of kuva and tenet remaining weapons and fucking cinta cuz i hate duviri.
enjoying the game is my goal. LE status came since I am a vet in the game.
This is lowkey true, I'm MR 30 and I play just for sake collecting all the frame and weapon. Even my arcane are trash lmao
LOL Im Legendary 4 and your Builds/Skills/and knowledge of the game make me feel like a NOOB. I stayed Level 6 for years too... The hardest thing for me to get was that dam Feverspine after about 30-40 FAILS...but I def learned several tricks and things along that last leg. I often go back to gear that NO ONE uses and modify it just to see it struggle sometimes in steel path, but others suprise me. You are right Mastery means nothing. Its personal to me as a mark of GEAR and CONTENT completion. Been playing since Warframe Started...my only regret is not purchasing the DEVELOPER PAK when I had a chance. lol Much love to all...GG.
PS5 player L4 . MR doesn't matter.
However, small portion of playerbase with high mastery rank discriminate low mr players.
Fortunately, majority of players in Warframe are pretty chill so it's not that big problem because ignore option is available for everyone.
Eh, I stopped around 25-26 (Maybe?) And didn't bother with it. I honestly only did it to increase daily caps. But I sank a few years into the game. I only ever cared about mastery rank when it was relevant to gear. But after reaching 12 or 16, it wasn't that important. Beyond, obviously, daily standing caps. I honestly am the kind that would jump online, help a friend out with a few missions, then jump into survival to farm and test builds. I'd stay in there for hours on end just grinding. Hell me and a buddy named HawaiianTeno would just sit in missions farming for 8+ hours on average. We didn't really care about the mastery rank. And the tests were freaking retarded to me. Could only try them once a day. Hell, sometimes I'd put them off for a while. It was just about comfort honestly. I stopped playing maybe a year or two ago, but that's got more to do with DE than the game itself. Mastery was just a stepping stone to things. I'd honestly say I did some of the latter bit to clear things out of my foundry and free up slots honestly.
I'm at max mastery, but I certainly suck as a player compared to Squad Leader and many others.
I play free (because of irl circumstances) and the mastery helps some. I like to level up stuff doing fractures, and the mastery allows for more traces as well as standing all around to buy relic packs. Other than that I'm just a completionist - I'm also not scrapping anything, it's nice to have the weapons available for when you get a riven, there's a new incarnon or your Elite Archimedea offers it, for example.
A much more trustworthy indicator of game knowledge and skill is the hours played. I'm technically not the greatest player, but I learn all the time, and I'm quite happy with my personal progress. I just wish people would refrain from mocking others based on MR being either low or high - It never brings good vibes to hear "Legendary and still can't mod nor play lol".
High mr just means you did almost all content this game has too offer which is a good indicator of knowledge of the game
MR20 here and I’m always carrying MR30s in elite Archimedea. Build knowledge matters way more. Id rather have a MR16 who has a fully kitted endgame load out than someone who spent 300hours leveling weapons and only has surface level understanding of the game.
I'm a new player (2+ months), and from my experience, it doesn't seem like higher MR means much. Like around half of the higher MR players I come across don't seem to know how to play the game. Like whether it's Duviri SP Circuit, weekly Archon Hunts, Cavia stuff, etc. It's not really just not even knowing how to play the missions, but sometimes they also just do really little damage as well, and I think maybe they don't have proper builds or something?
The lower MR players I come across in these SP+ modes though tend to be more skilled. But of course, some LR players are legit really good, but many are not (all from my own personal experience as a new player, so it's totally subjective). At least it doesn't matter if PUGs you get are good or not at all though, so that's nice. Like I thought SP+ content would be harder, but it's more of a stat check than actual execution difficulty. But playing content with builds below the stat check can actually be pretty fun too (like actually doing mechanics rather than bypassing them with DPS). Playing heavily above the stat checks at first can be fun, but it gets kinda boring.
Legendary 4 here
Anything over 18 is useless except for standing and slots
At first I stop grinding for MR when I hit MR17. The only reason I rank up my MR was to be able to use most of the weapons in the game😂 Now I just slowly leveling up my MR for the other benefits
It’s funny, I’ve been MR 14 since the year my daughter was born. She just recently turned 7 and I just got to MR 15. Getting to MR 30 is worth it….. but the annoyance is that you have to master every weapon, Warframe, companion, auxiliary transport, heavy weapons…… it’s so much shit that it takes away from just the enjoyment of the game and missions.
But now we have to worry about what makes a player be considered pro?! Didn’t we have this discussion before?! Over +1,000 days, 3,000+ hours, MR level?!?! To me, anybody can have experience to the game to be considered pro. The only thing that should be considered is how the player learned the game, take all the information/calculations of weapons/mods/arcanes/amps/etc. and make a non-rank weapon blow as powerful as a weapon unlocked at MR 14. If warframes were under the MR system, I would say the same thing. To me, we just need to be at MR 16. Those that want the fully unlocked experience will make their run to MR 30. Those closer to MR 30 would know more on the meta of the game and where the game is heading.
Yeah, I want to be on completionist mode, but between ranking all the open world locales, needing to unlock all the focus schools and talents necessary, ranking 2 groups to get the best mods for the frames, unlocking mods for the railjacks, the archwings, the boards, there’s just too much to focus on that I’m just playing on cruise mode vs trying to get to top rank.
I play for fun vs. to be meta! Not necessary!
Mastery rank 28 its a very nice rank it gives you 30k standing daily limit which allows the purchase of 3 10k arcane daily. I'm 28 inching very close to 29, i just want 30 for all the load outs and riven slots. Idc about rank 30+
Honestly, as an LR4, I see no reason to go beyond MR30 and that is only because of what you get from it. If it wasn't because of the perks that go with it, I would say you really don't need to go beyond MR16 since every bit of gear is unlocked by then.
I been playing for 10 year and i am still mastery 20. Mastery to this day still means only time spent on leveling and advancement. also i use to be addicted to warframe and monster hunter, 4k hours in monster hunter 4u.
I'm mr25 and have been playing since early 2015. I've always been pretty casual and on and off from the game. And when it comes to whether mr level determines how good you are doesn't always hold up as some people power level and don't really focus on anything else. But also the amount of people I still run into who can even do a simple spy vault even with a stealth frame is a really good judgment if you are good or not in my opinion. If there are 4 of us why in the world do i end up doing 2 of 3 vaults and then some dude using loki or wukong fails the 3rd and in archon hunts and sortie this fails you.
I'm L1 and I can say confidently that when you get to a little more than MR 10 your mastery rank becomes only a number
As someone who's clocked in 6,250 hours in game, I very much believe a high MR don't mean much. Just shows sweat levels IMO if the players got like a 1k hours in the game and they're at 30 already for example. As long as your MR is 24 or higher you're pretty much set and can take your time leveling gear as it releases. The perks you get at MR 30 are nice though but the grind to get them is a pain so I'd rather just take my time leveling gear that is fun to use instead of painful fodder gear
Whenever a player screws up a mission or ruins spawns it's always the MR 26+ and never the dudes below 20. MR isn't everything but it's a good indicator to if they will mess up the mission objective. And this is coming from an MR L3 player. Overall the takeaway is randoms suck.
There's certain someone on the discord server who said to me twice "did you buy your account?" because i asked questions about stuff I don't usually use. As an LR4 this sounds weird. All i did is i just farmed everything in the game and binge leveled most of those. There a frames that i didn't use a single ability of and weapons i didnt fire once. Calm down
Got MR30 to never care about losing mods after forma-ing weapons. Got to L2 to have something to work towards, but not gonna do that anymore.
Btw i wanna 100% steam achievements, and i got to Rank28 on the separate client. Now i have to do it again on a new account to get achievements for ranks 1-28 (((
No it doesnt mean anything after 16 u get everything unlocked im happy where im at
I stopped bothered to rank up at like 26 I think it is as I just couldn't be bothered doing the test it's not even like it's anything we been to do in game which in my opinion is what the test are meant to test.
I've been with the game since before there was a game (I didn't quite have the free money for grandmasters founder so I'm only a master)
I'm still 28 also and have been for awhile. I also have like 2000 hrs on the game myself
I'm MR30, and don't really intend on going higher than that for a while. MR16 is the highest rank that matters because that is the highest rank items are locked behind. You can be Legendary 4 and still be bad at the game. Heck, I was MR26 and still wasn't adding faction mods on my weapons... like, at all. lol
30 is the only MR that’s worth it. Legendary MR is whatever. But all the MR30 rewards was the only reason to get there. I was at 22 for like 4 years. I was able to get to MR 30 in a week and a half as all I needed to do was the tests.
At least for me I never found it that urgent to begin with, but eventually I got to legendary rank 1 by just passively playing a game. People can't just play video games anymore, they got to make everything some kind of dick measuring contest and it's kind of pathetic how they expect us to think wasting that much time is a skill. Lol
I'm rank 20, i've been playing this game since 2014 with another account that i lost and some playtime on ps4, i have 2.5k hrs in the game, i've missed a couple of big updates and now it's so hard to get back into the game again... it's hours and hours of farming for the new stuff i don't have and it's too tideous and boring for me... when i left the game it was because one i was playing and i was falling asleep while playing because the game bored me that much... I love this game and i want to play it again but i don't have the time nor money to buy my way through and get everything i want, nor i want to, i want to play the game but for someone like me who has been playing for 10 years and the farming still takes too long and the crafting of the components and frames and such still take the same amount of time after freaking 10 years... i find it hard to boot up the game at this point...
In my eyes MR16 is what new players should go for. If im not mistaken thats the last MR that has weapons locked behind it so whatever ppl do after is up to them. Other than the weapons being locked everything else seems minor to me so who cares what mr ppl are
The (new) warframe community always has to show how good they are, if there is no difficulty then ask for it, if that's not enough make up some way of comparing to others or search for any stupid game mechanic and call everyone that doesn't like it a skill issue, if you follow those steps then you have successfully proven how good you are
You don't even know the amount of players that I've seen bothering low MR players just because of them being MRs 12, 16, 17 while the others being 20, 22, 25. Me being 28 having to interfere.
My bar for not new is usually 15 because you can access entire game and have played with enough gear you should have an idea what you are doing at that point
@joshevers6868
My bar is Just knowing how to Mod....
Doesn't matter if you're MR 1 or MR 30 I only Evaluate people by their Mod Knowledge. 👀
@@lookalike4805 fair enough
I just think it’s time to Atleast hit 30. Seeing a lot of ppl pass me up & im at 27 but no no rush
I been mr16 for years if they make a weapon past that maybe I'll rank up
I hate MR elitists. MR don't really mean much. I was out playing Mr 20-somethings when I was MR7... On a base Ember no less. I'm currently MR17 and I'm not in any hurry to advance further. Sometimes I encounter meta elitists that think they're Superior because they have higher mastery rank. When I meet them I get on something like my Mag Prime crush build and just clown them. It's especially hilarious when they realize they're being shown up by a Warframe they think is trash. It doesn't matter who's better or who has higher rank. People should be able to just enjoy the game.
I started in 2015 and im at L4 now, i didn't give much on MR either, because i was simply too lazy. I wanted to level stuff as i got my hand on new items passively. At some point i had nothing else to do any more and i had 400 formas lying around. So i decided before the Dante update hit, i just level the last 20k XP of my unwanted Kuva and Tenet weapons. I absolutely hated it, it was a mindless grind and a waste of formas, but at least i don't have to think about it any more. Well... Bonewidowe is still at 30/40 but god-damn... i really have no patience to that... i don't even know how much XP you get from that nightmare. All i want to do, is making fun Warframe/ Weapon builds and find insane ability synergies with Helminth. That's tbh what kept me in this game for all this time.
Only MR that matters is 18 so you can at that point use every weapon and rivens and Mr 30 for blessings that’s about it.
Im MR 15 with 1500 hours
I only touch what i want to touch when i want to touch it.
DE needs to make Legendary rank more rewarding. Maybe different body glow or some new power
Honestly, I only focus on MR when It’s a requirement. Warframe is just fun for me. I’ve been playing for years, but never rush anything. Plus, the way I play, I really only use certain frames and weapons that suit my play style. I have other frames, weapons, etc., that I can level, but I have no reason to right now. I have what I like, so I just goof off. Really it’s the story and movement that keep me playing/coming back. I play Destiny 2 and Division 2 as well, so the fomo thing doesn’t even effect me anymore. Im at the point where if I cant earn it in game, it’s of zero interest to me. Like, dont get me wrong, a lot is cool, but I cant rationally justify spending that much of digital objects.
Mastery Rank should be also go up by using forma on stuff...
I really wish it did, but mastery is supposed to incentives us to collect things
I got from Mr 30 to LR 4 in 1 or 2 months, I was bored 😅
I been telling my friend this for years and hes rank 22 and he still cant kill a eidolon or do arcon hunts solo im mr 17 and i been killing eidolons solo since i was rank 13 now the second and hardest n the hardest one i cant do perfectly but i killed them solo before
I used to play with a guy that has played since release, he says he will never go past mastery 10 lol even if it means he cant play some content or use some weapons, i wonder if he is still there lol
I am MR 25 and I have been playin since 2017.
I'm Legendary Rank 1 after playing for a year and I only got it for the badge of honor and to bless others in relays. I wouldn't be where I am if it wasn't for a mr21 friend I made who played the game since launch so mr is all a matter of time investment, not skill and knowledge
I tease a friend over being mr 28 bc ik someone whos not great at the game whos legend 3 or 4. He hates being "worse" than him dispite being pretty good for some steel path endurance 😂
When i get mr23+ players in my lobby they always afk because they think they good
The Mastery Rank doesn't say if you are expert or not. The way you mod and play tell you if you are good or not.
I see alot of rank 30, legendary 1, 2, 3, 4 that have no idea what they are doing. I was 26 for a long time and than I decided to get to 30 and now I'm going for legendary 4 but just for the badge of honor. Now you are a much better player than me. So skills dont come with rank. 😊
I'm mr 14 but fly through end game no problem. I jus havent got around to leveling stuff yet :P
Don't even have to be MR10 for that matter. Friend is endgame MR8
i personaly am legendary rank 3 and its not a display of skill or anything like that, its like you said a showcae of the time the player spend in the game,i seen players around same MR as mee and keep dying al the time etc, where on the flipside i see sometimes low mr players just crushing it,topping damage and kills, and the only reason to be aiming to get to mr 30 asap is for the relay buff and the full mod capicity on unranked weapons
there is a point to be made about rly low mr players that are in the range of 1-3,4 they prob not good sicne lack off mods knowldge etc
that is THE thing that i hate about most random player i encounter... I play since Beta my account is MR 30 and i dont like to push it because i only level the stuff i wanna play! And im not bad at the game but when i say to people that i dont really need them to give me a lecture on something i already know they are like "well, im at a higher MR than you, i know better" .. Like whut ? absolutly not.. it just means you leveled up more stuff than me, that's IT.. MR lvl doesnt means much apart from the FACT that you just LVLED UP more stuff than others.
Your builds could still be crap, you may or not be able to create your own builds without copying or taking it from youtube.
You might not know some mechanics, or what some stuff do.
MR doesn"'t mean the player is good.
I’m L4 and people stopped trying to tell me how to do stuff which was nice.
On the flip side people ask me for advice on a warframe build and 90% of the time i havnt a clue lol.
So yeah, being L4 is meaningless measure to your warframe knowledge.
