- In this video, we will make Dahi Kabab, which is a very soft and creamy kebab recipe using yogurt aka dahi. This can be termed as a veg Galouti Kebab due to it's texture :)

Ingredients:
Dahi - 1kg
Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp
Green chil - 2 chopped
Salt - as per taste
Fresh coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Jeera powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Sattu - 2 tbsp
Oats Powder - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbs powder
Onion - 1 Grated
Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Cheese cubes - 1
Bread crumbs - to coat
Oil - to deepfry

For softness you need to reduce the qty of flours. Just be careful it doesn't break
