I tried this recipe. The only thing which dint work in this recipe was using breadcrumbs & cornflour! The kebabs were so gooey from inside (almost seemed uncooked) I then added rice flour into the mixture & voila ! it did the magic. The moisture from batter was taken away & also the kebabs were crispy & cooked to perfection from inside out !
I prepared these hara bhara kababs they were amazing My husband couldn’t figure out if it was homemade of ordered from restaurant❤️ Thank you so much for the amazing recipe YFL😊

Sanjyot ji, excellent recipe...would just like to make a suggestion. I have stopped using bread crumbs as a binder and replaced with rice flour. The Kabab/ kofta or whatever I fry turns out to be very crunchy and stays crunchy for longer time...

I have a really small thing to ask, will it be possible to show if the recipe is vegetarian or non-veg in the thumbnails somehow. I've made these just now, it turned out amazing. My family loved it. I didn't add beans n cauliflower as I didn't have.
