@Wo Jak that's a very outdated evolutionary theory which isn't supported anymore. The other side of it is that men want to breed and have as many offspring as possible to keep the genes going. However, common sense would tell you men don't want this, and women's thoughts are not just breeding. Saying it is subconscious is a big cop out since there is no direct evidence of this. There is plenty of evidence out there not supporting this theory, don't fall for confirmation bias, be objective mate.

To say you have to be attractive, implies not being attractive makes you destined to fail, I don't think it's that far up the hierarchy. What do you think? However, over the last 15 years, people have really gone to siting at home , online on sites like Facebook (and others) to hook up. Then you meet them in person and it's a disaster. We were never meant to pair bond over texting. It's unnatural. I talk to people on the street all of the time. I'm not trying get some action. I'm just being social. However it can lead to a date or more. I was in Manhattan 20 years ago. I was walking down 5th Ave and I was looking for the hard Rock Cafe. I walked up to a female (that just happened to be attractive) and said " excuse me". She took one look at me and kind of backed away. I then continued , "could you tell me where the hard Rock Cafe is?". Her whole demeanor changed. I think that she realized that I wasn't a local, probably looking for money or whatever. She went on to give me directions and talked my ear off for the next two blocks. That's all it took. Once a kid asked me what kind of lines I use to pick up women. I laughed and said, try saying hello. It's not complicated. If she falls for lines, you probably don't want her anyway.

Well dam, you really think that lowly of yourself that you need all those things to get someone to like you? You do realize those aspects are not what women only take into account right? in addition, would you want to be with a woman who only likes you solely based on those things? its been shown that relationships formed only on a superficial basis fall apart. the novelty of physical appearance wears eventually and what do you have when that's gone?
One last thing if being tall was such an amazing trait to have then why are most humans not 6 feet tall? Most human males are about 5' 6" - 5' 7" so obviously means most women don't only go for that particular trait.
@@xMckingwill more DNA in the gene pool comes from females than males. This means a lot more women than men have been reproducing over the millennia. Men are, as we know, the disposable gender (look at wars & workplace deaths if you require any examples), and we generally accept that as the nature of things. A great deal of men throughout history never get to pass on their genes. Then again, men can leave other legacies than mere biological ones, so its not all doom and gloom. There is, after all, much more to life than relationships and children.

Yeah that was actually the main problem I ran into approaching really beautiful women - the ones that were actual models didn't have much to say. God bless them. But.... it is what it is!
