You are a gem! Thank you so much for your videos full of SO much great information. I've been using your wrist and elbow prehab for a few months now and I love it.

I love your videos! I started doing gymnastics and your videos taught me a lot of stuff. I now realized the importance of warming up. I always didn't warm up before my workout and because of that my tendons were on fire. Now the pain doesn't even exist! Thank you so much for your valuable videos that you put lot's of hard into so we can benefit from it. :)

Fantastic video, super useful for martial artists. Many thanks! Keep doing your amazing work, it is greatly appreciated. If you can add something about dealing with the dislocated toes (especially big toes) that would be very useful as it is a very common injury in martial arts. Thank you!

Adam it would be great if you make a video of getting the insane bounce gymnasts have when jumping, like the elastic force in the foot and how to train th spring-like jumps

These vids are such gold! I wish I knew this stuff when I was younger.
Also is there any chance that the app can be made available in the Microsoft Store? Would love to get this on my laptop! 😇

    Hello,
I am interested in the primal programs 1,2 & 3. But I am wondering what equipment honestly do you need to complete the program at its best.
I have access to a calisthenics park. Will that be enough or you need more, like rings and other stuff?
    Thank you

If you have rings or a suspnesion trainer like trx it’s good for the rows. Other that that, elastic band for prehab and for assisted progressions.

@@GymnasticsMethod ah ok thank you very much. Also would you say that with the 3 primal programs you work the mobility, flexibility and Strength all together?

Sitting on my feet is very sore and takes me about 15 - 20 seconds to walk normal when I stand up.
Is this normal for a beginner?

Turn to Jesus people he died for your sins, Repent of what the New Testament describes as sin. Believe the gospel obey the teachings of Jesus documented in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Jesus is the only way to be saved, be baptized if you have faith in Jesus then you will live life with him as your example. If you need prayer i'll pray for you. If you want to keep contact with a brother in Christ i’ll keep contact with you. The love of God is beyond our understanding. God bless,,,.,.
