While we are standing or simply changing our location by walking or running, the first main joints that connect us to the ground are located in our feet and ankles.
We can hear a lot about ankle mobility, since many people have problem with that, but what about stability and strength?
In this video I’m gonna show you some exercises that you can mobilize and stabilize your ankle range of motion from the gymnastics perspective.
You’ll be able to benefit from these exercises in your everyday life or in any sport you do!

One of the most important videos to watch for most of the athletes, if not all. I made a mistake by packing on 9kg of muscles in just 4 months and tried to keep my usual jumping/sprinting routines and ended up with shin splints. These exercises are the keys to healing. Don't neglect them.
This man deserves millions of subs. Keep up the good work and marketing your channel. No other channel provides this much quality info.

Search up “pigmie barefoot for a week” on YT he tried walking barefoot for a week, he didn’t have flat feet in the beginning but the biggest change that happened to him after doing it is that his arch got noticeably bigger in just 1 week.

How come there aren't really any ankle or hip exercises in the prehab program? There's only the kossack squat
