Excellent video as always. Are there stretch strength exercises that help with lower body like hips/hip flexors/legs that gymnasts do or are they mostly concerned with upper body only or strength in the hips legs come with advanced training. I wish you had a gym in S. Florida. I'd sign right up!!!! Thanks.

Thank you! Lower body flaxibility is achieved at a young age in gymnastics when kids have more flexibility in general, for adults there are definitely methods that can help a lot! I already made some videos check them out!

I think more martial artists should look into gymnastics.

  • @Iforgorlegday

When I go 90 degress at straight dips I feel like my triceps is sliding on joint in my right elbow. Left is completely fine. Same happens in push up when I pass 90 degress it clicks and when I push back it clicks again at 90 degress. I suspect that it is tendonitis. Would elbow circles help for recover and can I continue to train with it?
