The best pour before the rains come, only by the Hauses concrete team, 😮😊.
Good Job, beautiful. I like the counter tops poured in place.. Can't wait til the finished product.. with the color... :)
Thanks coming soon
Great patio with exposed aggregate. It's a really nice look. Tommy's BBQ counter tops look great. Well done, and very well thought out plan for making the frame. Stay safe.
That exposed aggregate look so good! Whoever gets to enjoy that patio should be very pleased. Thanks for sharing, as always.
Our pleasure!
Tommy's outdoor bar/grill area is coming along nicely. Final product is going to be awesome. 👍

Absolutely beautiful exposed aggregate patio and the counter tops are incredible! Great work guys!
As we always see more great work from Tom and the crew. Beautiful patio and steps and on to the super job on the countertops. I will always be amazed at the way you guys work so well together and wonder when you will put out the video that still contains all the cussing and throwing things at each other....LOL
That patio looks great! The exposed agrate and the curve and color works well together.
I had never seen the making of concrete countertops before seeing this channel. The many styles and techniques, it is amazing!!!!
Spectacular work
Thank you very much!
Looks great we did a lot of exposed same color and we used a sealer that was like a walnut color and it made it pop looked great, great job crew
That is awesome! Thank you very much
Another awesome job as always enjoy your. Videos so much
Glad you like them!
Love exposed agg! Have it at my house looks real not like stamped contrete trying to look like wood or flagstone. Nice job!
Thanks 👍
That thumbnail looks like a chocolate pudding swimming pool..lol
You and your crew do amazing work!.. love watching
Thank you very much!
I have always been a huge fan of exposed aggregate!! I love it. It's just so different and beautiful. I like the curves on that deck, too. I would love love love to have walks and a deck like that. I would never tire of admiring it. TSH does lots of things to turn concrete into beautiful. For me, no cut, shape, color, or stamp shines more than exposed aggregate. Especially if the aggregate has many colors to it. Tommy's bars were really interesting to see take place. I'm still wondering about the coming coloring and washing water. How will that affect the wood and concrete floor? I will not forget you telling us years ago, comparing the strength difference in a countertop to a driveway. The countertops are much stronger! My granddaughter, Gracie, interrupted your video, wanting me to bring her some Zaxby's for lunch at school. I'm nowhere near ready to leave yet today, so I had to say no. She was fine w it, she said she has gymnastics today so she will ask dad for Zaxbys. She said, "daddy can't say no to meeee." I will definitely catch the next video, the finishing of the counter tops. Thank you so much for giving us (the camera) the priority you do! Sure, I would like to see a little more on Emily's preparation if that's OK. Congratulations to you, Emily, that is, Dr. Emily! I hope your wedding is all you dreamed it would be! And thanks for still editing for us, you got to be one busy girl!!! 👍❤️🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
You guys are sick of rain, we've been in drought all season. But it's actually raining here is why I get to watch this video right now in the middle of the day. I've never thrown brown color in my exposed, only darker gray. Our exposed mix is brown already
Fantastic Guys!!!
Maestro. Beautiful work.
Mikey lohr here tom..watch all the time work looks great..
Awesome 😎 thanks so much for sharing !!
Hey Tom, the patio looks amazing. Can you touch on what kind of concrete mix you used for the counter tops?? Watched All your other videos and on the counter tops you pour at your shop you touch on the mix. Thanks in advance
Absolutely we use a 1B stamp mix
4:06 Tom, you wouldn't have that nozzle clog problem if you were already using those in line clear fuel filter attached to the spray hose. I can explain again how to install.
Like that exposed aggregate finish, wondering how well it holds up the winter elements with like shelving it with the aggregate at the surface ,and is it rough on barefoot walking on it in the summer?
Not too bad at all
I love the look of the exposed aggregate! Looks sharp. How does exposed hold up over time compared to regular finish?
GOOOOOOOOD
MAAAAAAAAWNIN
ALL YOU YINZERS from an absolutely gorgeous morning here in the low country (Blackwater) of Virginia Beach!!!…very nice video. Exposed aggregate is beautiful. Tommy’s outside kitchen/bar is going to be phenomenal!! Yinz do great work. Can’t wait to see the finished project.
Thanks for sharing
Have a day!😊
as always looks superb just a quick question has a customer ever not paid
It has been a while, but yes, knock on wood
Always enjoy your videos, Tom. May I suggest that you pick a "standard" music theme like most all other RUclipsrs do. Sort of like a trademark. Even Mike does this. Love your concrete work & counters. You have a great team. They all complement each other. Greetings from the Old (grumpy) Jarhead in WNC
I'm in Philadelphia and it's been raining for days it's raining right now and I don't mean profit. I heard the kids say making it rain once
Sometimes you have to go for it
@@Concretewiththehauses I also told coach Maggio I'm not that strong a runner and that was my entire 90 second football career. That's a true story
Could you broom the concrete after using big blue or would you still need to get on it and rub the concrete with your mag floats? Looks great as always!
I always used drown tint sealer it hides a lot of sins.
I'll be honest I'd be scared.
Love your guys work inspiring to say the least! Sorry ive asked you this before but with the exposed how come you didnt acid wash it?
Thanks
Actually, the builder did that before we got there did not capture that on video
Rain in two hours I’m not pouring.
it literally seems like it rains every other day during summer where u guys live lol.
A week of rain two weeks no rain that seems to be the cycle
Nice job that guys, even under pressure with it might rain and ruin it.
Fresno hand jiving
🏴👍👌
Hey Tom…. Any thoughts to your post retirement being taking on the challenge of developing non-cracking concrete? As the saying goes…”if we can put a man on the moon….”
Здравствуйте! подскажите пожалуйста на 18:42 минуте какую смазку использовали?
nice tops how many yards was that
One and a half
Do you do durazo.
How come you guys don't use wiremesh.
👏👍🍻😳
Your guys must go thru plenty of socks in a season 🫡
Costco value pack
I used to put in natural gas grills and fireplaces in prio to contrete.
You’re the da Vinci of concrete, Tom.
I love the Sesame Street music!!
Very Nice Guys!!!!!!!
Love the expose concrete. Wish you could’ve gave a little more detail on how to expose the rock.👍
Safety first.👓
Which part?
fresno float, spray retarder, cover with plastic, come back next day, pressure wash off, seal 2 days later, done.... ??
Very nice BBQ area.
Just watched you do some work on Mike Morgan’s cabin. Immediately subbed. Love your work!
Thanks
Awesome Video and Much Love as Always!!!
You're the best!
Good Morning Tom and crew! Enjoy your videos very much! Nice to see this channel growing and great content!
The entire crew are all great workers & true Craftsman. Thanks for sharing.
Yes they are!
Most people do not realize that your form work is cabinet grade quality! Nice job.
I feel bad for the people who watch this and then hire some local concrete guy for their job.
Great job on the patio and the bar came out very nice!
Thanks a bunch!
I was wondering, why use the trucks for concrete even on the small jobs like the bar? Do you ever use bags and mix it up?
No, you get much better quality concrete on the mixer$$
Oh ok thank you
Great job guys
Thanks
Tom,do you have any experience using BASF MasterKure CC 300XS for sealing driveways. It’s too thick to spray. I’m from Canada. Thanks, really enjoy your videos
Nice, very nice.
Thanks!
nice
Thanks again
I have no idea why people spend this money on nice counters but build it on top of shit osb wafer board that won't last 10 years and be falling apart. The front side may get a finish stone etc but the backside isn't. That osb will not be sealed from environmental moisture like exterior of homes..so will most definitely fall apart. On houses it has adequate time to dry and is under the house wrap..
Can’t wait to see what it looks like!!!
Big Blue Fresno , Fantastic
What happened to the lights in the b ball court
I'm not clear on what the difference is between a float and a trowell. They look essentially the same to me.
Hand control joints look way nicer than a saw cut but you gotta be on point the same day not to many concerts can do it successfully. They all wont to saw it way easier.
Very nice looking!
👍👍👍👍👍
👋🏻
Do you use a special aggregate mix for countertops? As you said you might saw cut counter top and if so would you fill cut with something to prevent food or other stuff from collecting in the saw kerf ?Great looking work as well as quality work.
That looks really cool.
I need a full outdoor kitchen in my life. Amazing
