From my experience printing ABS, if I want no lifting of the edges, I print of Kapton tape. No glue or hair spray worked. covering the print area with Kapton tape, fixed all my ABS problems. If I put the print plate in the freezer, the part just falls off after 15 minutes!
Thank you for the video that was great. I see you printed the frog in low-temp nylon, with 0.2 layer height. What bed temperature did you use? Did you use any glue or hairspray on the bed? And what was the brand of filament? Thank you!
im making my own DIY printer and i mean Full DIY ....except for the rods bearings and motors everything is repurposed scrap i found lying around so far when i want to print a rectangle it prints a triangle !!! its hard work but im making progress
If that printer was sent to you for free, well not a detailed video. Good overlook of the printer thoughFor people new to 3d printing it isn’t as easy as he said. He didn’t even say he leveled the bed although he did mention it. For the first time you should go over the leveling like 3 times.
The same loud PSU fan, poor Parts Cooling Fan, poor Display and guess the control board is also a 8bit as in LK4Pro. :( I would prefer to have an easy upgrade to SKR MINI E3 V2.0 similar to Ender3/Pro

I just got done printing my 2nd print with my lk5 and I love it. Super quiet too.
Would you agree that replacing the Bowden extruder for a direct extruder is an easy task?
