@@yssnfilms That's because the M4 was getting heatsoaked, they really aren't prepared for the increased IAT's with the twin turbos and stock a2w intercoolers. If it had an Fi Interchiller system or just upgraded intercoolers with bigger cores he would've been significantly faster.

The hellcat on the top end is crazy. It just takes a while to get started. But once it does... it’s fast. Not quick. But very fast.

second race was amazing. Watching this one and the one with the G82, we can conclude that these M4s are strong at 40mph rolls, but the Hellcat kills at 60mph rolls. Insane.

Great video!!! This video shows the dynamics of power to weight ratio, and gearing. I'm an M\\\ fan man. The last race showed the Hellcat being in 3rd gear which was it's sweet spot at 60mph.

Wow! With those mods, the M4 is likely pushing ~500wHP. Hellcat should be in the mid-600wHP. It just goes to show how much weight makes a difference. Hellcat's about 1,000lbs heavier. I love American muscle, but there's just something very sneaky about how German cars put their power down.
hellcat is like 620whp. if you put in the cost of stuff, you could change the suspension onna cat and make it faster.
Stage 2 93 tune with down pipes is a lot more then 500 whp its 550-560whp
@@brandonUwanawich954 The pro-tuned ones can be closer to that range, OP specifies that it's an off-the-shelf map though so probably closer to 510-520whp since they're a bit more conservative. It's crazy how little effort it really takes for the S55 cars to become highway monsters.

Hellcats favor higher speeds while roll racing it’s too fast to be roll racing at lower speeds. That was a 60 roll that’s why it looked like the m4 was slower than all the other races. 40 rolls are perfect for the m4 that’s when all that power kicks in. The hellcat will always win in the 60 rolls

No surprise when the Hellcat is stock...Heavy car with 700+crank HP, lighter car pushing 500 whp. With a custom tune or straight E85 tune, the M4 would gapped the Hellcat on all three runs. I love the sound of that supercharger though, never gets old no matter how slow the car is.

Pretty sure there's a reason a hellcat seems to be the standard everyone tries to beat.
@@dnegel9546 I wasn't specifically talking about the hellcat, just the sound of a supercharger in any car regardless of HP. Don't get me wrong stock for stock, the Hellcat is pretty fast against most lower end sport cars/sedans but stock vs something like a turbo S or a tuned anything pushing 500 whp and above, the race will be close or the heavier car will get gapped; in this case the Hellcat. As far as the standard, maybe, when dodge throws out there these high HP cars (700+) and they're getting gapped by 4 and 6 cylinder cars, it is something to brag about, so you may be right in that sense. On the other end of the spectrum, a tuned Hellcat is King Kong, on the street and strip with the right tires.

@2019 Slow stang M4 is in a different league, it’s $70k because it’s not just a straight line performer, it’s also meant to handle the track really well and take corners insanely good while still being a comfortable car.
