I loved my Supra but I sold it for an F83 M4, best decision ever. This car with a tune and downpipes is ridiculous.
Hm interesting sold the supra for a convertible m4! I drive an f83 as well, i think it looks better than the regular m4 😄. I want to see a video of a f83 convertible m4 vs a regular f82 m4, both stage 2 and see the difference due to the 500lbs difference 🙏

S55 is obviously the superior motor but when I drove one it sounded so bad I went with a B58 and decided to save the money I didn’t spend on an S58 in the future
My next two car choices in one video racing. This is what I needed to see. I never thought I would like BMW other than the E36 M3 recently, but my options are opening. F82 M4 as a possible affordable car, and the G82 M4 is amazing and the front grill looks cool. Unfortunately, those G82 are far too expensive. That was the same way I felt about the GTR R35, which is one of my favorite cars, but not as much anymore. R35 always seemed expensive and out of reach. My next car option will be an A90/A91 Supra. If not that, then an F82 M4. My only concern about the Supra is the space. I use my rear sets for my bags, and the trunk for groceries. I have a stock 2016 Genesis Coupe 3.8. 348 horsepower was nice to experience, but I am ready for the next level. I am saving up money and thinking about selling my car in a few years after the market decreases.
I upgraded from stage 2 mk6 gen3 Jetta DSG with bastard engine to F80 6sp. Great upgrade. You will not look back

Get the F80 M3. Got the 4 doors and looks better IMO. BM3, Downpipes, custom E tune and you're well over the 500 whp range. Pure800 turbos or a single big turbo kit then you're big time! Either option is great, just speaking from my personal experience

A damn shame that those M4 are susceptible to the crank hub issue. The B58 rock solid.
Still, those F82 are the best looking BMW ever made.
Bro that crank hub issue only occurs and can only happen if u accerlarate wid the car in comfort mode as it downshifts the car putting force on the crankhub so i dont think anyone would be accerlarating with there car in comfort but even if h wanted to upgrade the crank u can get a insane performance crank hub for 1-1.5 k

Honestly, I just have the crank bolt capture plate installed, I've been running stage 2 93 oct for 16k miles and 13k miles full e85 stage 2 for over a year now. No issues so far 🤞 if I ever decide for more power like bigger turbos, I'd have to do the crank hub, it's not the part that'd expensive it's the total with labor.

93 octane vs ethanol fuel, not fair! Especially BMW turbo motors , s55 with ethanol rips the b58 on equal fuel!! These cars raced on Can I Be Frank's channel and it was so sloppy lol m4 kept laggin. 😂 500whp m4 300lbs heavier vs low 500whp Supra and lighter, m4 wins!
Supra is cheaper so it wins in all categories.
@@hasanagera that’s a personal issue. A civic with an eBay turbo is cheaper than a new set of oem wheels from either car so it wins in all categories.
I can find a bunch of f8X’s for less than I can any Supra 3.0 and 2.0’s. Low miles too
M4 has bigger stock turbo
B58 single turbo, S55 twin turbo. Not bad considering M4 has adicional turbo.

Didn´t expect the Supra to keep up like that despite the fact that the mods are equal and the M4 comes along with ~ 100hp more from a stock base
and people say gen 2 b58 is better than s55
And some would say Daza 5 cylinder has more potential than both of these BMW platforms!

You should watch drag videos. There two within the past month or two. One black Supra did an 85 degree wheelie and still ran 8 seconds, and another one ran 7 seconds this past week. The car is amazing, but until I see the B58 reach 2,000 horsepower, I would not call it a new 2JZ. The S58 will be more capable and has more potential. G82 M4 are already beating "FBO" E85 GTRs.

This video demonstrates the beast that is the B58 motor! N55 M4 tuned should blow a Supra. But the B58 is a superior motor with more potential for big power gains.
First of all lol, second of all m4 uses s55, and how is the b58 a superior motor when it clearly lost in here while using ethanol and the supra weighs 300lbs less.. if the m4 used ethanol it would of gapped this supra

The b58 tops out 600-700whp before things start bending or pistons start cracking. S55's can handle 700-800whp with stock internals. The s55 is a superior motor with two turbos, better oil system and superior cooling. Stock turbo to stock turbo, mod for mod s55 wins hands down. b58's are placed in lower model cars for a reason. Go do some research kiddie. 🤡

Yep, that 5-6 drop was bad. Really expected a clear win for the Supra based on typical power levels and weight.
Quite the opposite actually. When you roll race zf8 cars it’s best to start manually so you can hold the gear/brake boost whatever and when you take off you slap it into S so it shifts itself.
@@T67GS300 He should have held that 5-6 shift out past 7k. Way too much drop and that's what had him coming from behind up top. That shift alone changes the race.

Something’s off with the M4, maybe some undisclosed mods. I raced a M4 with full e85 vs my JB4 E40 none ECU tune got me by 1 car or 1 1/2 cars. Supra should be ahead 2 cars. Supra FBO JB4 E40+Meth VS M4 FBO E85
