Love your videos ..all my cactus and succulents have to lived in the house which I have over 100 last count ..I lived in northern Ontario Canada so summers are hot and very humid and winters are cold and wet ..
The view from the road here is very different 😆. Amazon region in Brazil. Despite living in a large metropolis (Belém), here it is just rain and sun almost every day. At the moment I'm writing it's pouring rain here 😆 and my cacti are all in the greenhouse otherwise everything will go to heaven
Being from Australia I live for these videos!! So amazing to see the quality of plants in people’s collections as well as habitat, the closest I’ll get for a while to experiencing in person! Being a Queenslander though I do LOVE that I see a great amount of Brachychiton Rupestris or Bottle Trees as we commonly call them around our locality. My mother grew up with them on their farm in a small town called Bell, at the base of the Bunya Mountains which is also full of amazing trees, particularly the Bunya Pine with nut cones the size of soccer balls. It is actually the largest stand of Bunya Pines in the world. TBA is for more super cool content!!
Oh man I went to Bachs back in 2019. As a Canadian that doesn’t regularly get to see cactus nurseries, I was totally blown away. Such a beautiful collection.
At 10:40, Holy shit, i have a Mamm Huitzilopochtli coming in the mail any day this week, along with a tersheckii and few other beauties. Very cool to see them after some years of growth, like here in this video.
This is a good one! I saw a post from Imdavesbud asking for a tour and I think it would be amazing to see in Dave’s garden personally. Would click that like so fast if I saw Dave pop up on your tour video haha. Thanks for the hard work!
Also, there’s plenty of Opuntia spp. here naturalised in AUS, they’re very common & I seen ‘em growing everywhere, from arid landscapes to house gutters in suburbia 😂
I miss ur adventures and greenhouse tours... I have been a fan since i first watch ur video.. Please do more tours.. Thank you so much.. Love from the Philippines..
not only the mammillarias there are amazing, even the blooming Gonialoe Varieta in the corner (at the moment 9:01 of the video) is amazing! Thanks for sharing this tour videos! they are life joy for the sight! i can comprehend that in person the experience guys be as orgasmic as you have described! 😂❤
I've never seen cacti like this even at the major plant shows / events here in SoCal. Whew just amazing. Ok we are looking at multiple greenhouse growers here, you should introduce the ones you're touring a little more clearly and indicate at which TIMEPOINT in the video each one is at . Which one had all those EUPHORBIAS? You should get a little more clear on whose greenhouses we're looking at and websites and do they sell online.
Love when you drop content! Yo when are you coming to Colorado? Im sure there are great nurseries or personal collections here.. We got cold hardy cacti here
What is the cactus called where he said “a sunny side egg when it blooms” if anyone knows ? It’s looks so awesome …. I was about to drop some bars at the end of the video
Wow man that Euphorbia greenhouse is so so sick🫣😊 How come that your succelent society have so many cool young dudes and the Dutch one are almost only oldtimers (like really above 80) no offence meant haha
I love your these kinds of nursery tours you do and your style but dang I wish you would do some slower browsing so we can get a good look at more besides just the ones you get exited about. For me personally, you often skip past ones I would just die to get a good look at. We don't really have similar preferences. But I guess its not my channel so I will take what I can get! Still... often times im like "No, stop let us see!"
I tried to teach my grandkids about plants.Cactus all the different things. You're a knowledgeable young man, but your vulgarity makes me push you off.See you later dude
Someday one of your videos will go viral and everyone will realize the magic that is Cactus Quest
