Shout out from Thailand. I’m so addicted to your channel brother if you have a chance please come to visit us in Thailand. We have so many famous cacti nurseries around the country that will surprise you😎
I love your videos especially the longer form greenhouse tours and desert hikes, I live on the east coast so it's amazing to see peoples huge collections.
Another excellent video, Hunter! I hope you keep up the longer format greenhouse tours and chats with growers. I constantly watch your videos on repeat!
I wish I could be there to see those amazing Cati and catch up with you guys. That was fantastic and there's always something to learn in your videos. Keep up Bro. I do appretiate it.
Thank you Ljay - I’m trying to pass on the info I get from growers. Every time I hang out with someone who has been doing it longer than me I learn something
Hunter, big fan of your videos. I hope you will continue going to hobbyists' greenhouses. It's fun to see what people grow and collect. Do you happen to know of anyone who is selling echinopsis hybrids?
I do and actually just missed the opp to catch a superbloom this past week - scheduling just didn't work out- thanks for watching and yes I will def continue doing back yard tours for sure
A first time viewer of one of your videos. What is the electronic pulse/ricochet sound that occasionally sounds in the background of your audio track ex. at 10:57 mark? Your subject matter and informative interview can stand on their own without the intrusion.
I recently found your channel and have been binge watching all your videos. A stupid question, what's with the random space ship noises throughout the videos? Does it mean something, or just for the fun of it?
Don't some plants like copiapoa, pseudolithos and quite a few other asclepiads, and lophophora especially the diffusa type look like Jabba the Hut let alone the cucurbit cephalopentandra ecirrhosa..?
Interesting. Guess that is a much nicer climate than Southern California. Aluminet that I have seen here breaks down in a few months and does not last a year. My cacti really suffer in summer. They shrink and wilt. I have to supplement and shade them. Of course, in the natural landscape, cacti does not survive here. Just scrub, sand, and Joshua Trees, all of which also suffer in summer and winter.
You're standing in a greenhouse ;) Polycarb = greenhouse? Meh, half those guys living in polycarb need HEAPS of ventilation to deal with living in a closed "hothouse" box. They'd mostly be better off with shadecloth.
Retusus is a fast grower and that is absolutely on par for a 10 year old ario. Also consider he is basaiclly hard growing everything since it’s essentially full elements in Arizona. They are def from seed. I know the grower who grows them
This channel is so underrated. Your production value is incredible.
Much appreciated man! Thank you
Absolutely

Thank you. I will keep making stuff like this. It’s some of my favorite content to create. Thanks for letting me know.
I love how when you see a plant, you don't know. You ask "what is that?" & you say "oh , that's one I don't have in my collection!(x"

Turface! Interesting. I've been sticking to pumice and crushed lava rock.
Yeah my mix is more similar to yours although I use some compost as well.
Neem oil works for mites. Have to do 3-4 treatments 10-13 days apart.

What is turfus?
Did he change his Instagram since then?
He got his account disabled on accident. Just stayed off.
@@CactusQuest OOf! As a fellow Phoenician, I'd love to ask him about the shade structure build.

Ask him if he knows where I could get a monkey tail cactus or if you know
Really dont think does ariocarpus are 10years old
seed grown more unlikely
nice try

@@CactusQuest Thanks for the info, that’s insane growth for ariocarpus, I assume fissuratus takes longer
@@leevermaak9028 yes definitely. Fissuratus is one of the slowest in the genus if not the slowest
Ну, уже не выдержала, отменила подписку. Много разговоров, много дядек в кадре, мало кактусов. Плохие съёмки.
