it is a big house, but actually unnecessarily big. the spaces have been poorly used, poor floor plan which makes the house untidy inside. and lots of cheap materials used inside, there is nothing worth 4.8 million USD in this office building. you are just buying space. for an interior designer this is a nightmare.
the most i will pay for this is 1.5 million USD. but hey tastes differ for someone else this could be a royal palace and for connoisseurs of the trade who have seen more and know more, a scam for my money. 😂✌🏾 but as for our brother keep up the good work and much love 🙏🏾 God bless

It's actually over-priced.
It is over priced considering it doesn't have enough land for the price, A lot of green spaces should come with it, this is not Eko Atlantic by the beach, this is a land locked city. A similar property is Atlanta or Miami will come with a while lot more for the price.

This is a beautiful design modern mansion with a lot of windows and front and back balconies. the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms are big. I like the walking closet. I like the three floors gate at the entrance. I like the contrast of the smaller penthouse in the house design.

Thank you for the video. Can the presentation of the tour be more planned out (don't wing it in several parts). Lack of seriousness, professionalism and engaging knowledge on the artifacts in the home. You could about the process or the thought behind some of the architecture / artifacts in the house. As estate agents and YT content creators, I think you need to plan these out a bit more to make the videos more interesting. For example, you can talk about why certain materials were used in the building. Please lets be better.
A beautiful house let down by lack of beautiful landscaping on the exterior. No trees, nothing...just open space to park cars anyway you like.

Bro I really love your videos, high quality and satisfactory. I've watched a lot of your videos to help me figure out the kind of house I'd want to live in.
But I do have a couple of suggestions tho
Number 1, I think you should hire someone that'll edit your videos properly to cut out all the unnecessary scenes, the videos tend to be really long and for the most part most of the video is not really necessary, it can lead to lower average view duration.
Number 2, I think you should start writing scripts for your videos, and if you do already maybe you should get a professional to write the scripts for you, so you won't have to be in front of the camera figuring out what to say, that also wastes a lot of time and impatient viewers are likely to click away.
If you can put some or all of these suggestions into practice I think it could lead to better quality videos which will lead to more views, and more views equals more potential clients making the investment something that shouldn't even be second guessed.

Well as for me I do love long touring of houses...
I love the facade, the kitchen, and the paintings. If i were to drop 4.8 million USD on that mansion, i would love to see a jacuzzi in both the king and queen's bedrooms, slides for kids and a fountain in the back yard pool. My back yard should look like a tropical paradise. Just to name a few. We are talking about 4.8 million USD here. My humble ideas though.

@@michaelanthony4949 there are no mansions in manhattan New York ( only apartments and penthouses) so poor counter argument. He will get what he want in a 5M mansion in Marbella Spain, Texas, California and even South Africa will over deliver. Infinity edge pool and a spacious greenery backyard with a breathtaking view.

This is one home I 'll call true luxury and more importantly sited next to similar luxury homes. I was tired of seeing these new homes sited next to old and worn out houses, which doesn't look great or merit the value. Location determines price in this case .Maybe somewhere else in the east or north u can get that much for the price .

For Nigeria this is lovely, however if one is paying that much money, the appliances should be top of the line to name a few things. The grill outside is tacky for such luxurious home, it’s should be a build out. But then again everyone has different tastes.

This house is simply appalling! The architect needs to refund the money. No garage, single entry, no greenery and the list goes on. If you want to be selling at that price, developers need to find out what house sold at such prices across the world look like. These are just some of the reasons it’s on the market for 2 years! FCT town planning is sleeping.

The house interior looks nothing spectacular. Just looks like couple of furnitures laid on tiles. Extra details like rugs and artifacts really matters for that monstrous price.
