I'm really new to pilates. I just started your Blackpink pilates and daily stretching like 2 days ago. So...will the Blackpink daily stretching x pilates in the morning and Ho Yeon workout be done in the afternoon okay (like around 4 pm)? Or should I make it evening? My stomach and lower stomach belly really don't shrink while doing whatever workout I could find online (even if I lessen my food intake since I was used to overeating but I stopped this habit). I hope this question of mine doesn't confuse you? 😅 Or you guys can drop down more advice. It will be a big help for my smaller waist goal 🤚😩 extreme workouts that exerts too much energy isn't for me btw. Thank you in advance.
I prefer u do it either in the morning or afternoon so that at night, your body can rest. Just make sure u dont eat too much before u workout, it could lead to abdomen pain but yeah! Stay hydrated and its ok if u start a bit slow because when i was new to pilates i had tons of things to work on like balance and speed. Just pace yourself,okay? U can do this, you'll get your dream body
well, i prefer u to do the it in morning nd before starting i think u should drink some lime water to stay hydrated nd boost ur metabolism nd i also advise u to walk atleast 10 min after every meal u eat nd may some warm water ( after every 2 days) i think u follow this routine, u will get better nd fast results nd u r a beginner so don’t be harsh on urself🥰 BTW, what’s ur age

I am challenging myself to do this for 10 days I will update daily or atleast try. Day 1 - today is the day one couldn't do the exercises properly did not complete the exercises did only 7 min and I felt the burn I burned 85 calories cause I did,nt do the exercises properly and left at the half I will try again tomorrow's
