this is an amazing analysis! I really hope this video gets to more people. I have found some beliefs and behaviours of mine in this essay and it trully is eye opening. It's sad that we, as a society, trianed ourselves to take something as intimate and precious as romantic love and turn it into a pretty prize to be exposed and valued by others. Connection took a secondary place to showing off and the expectations of sharing a life with the other turned into expectations of how is this person going to serve the narrative I'm currently building for my life. Hi Billy, Congratulations on the video, it's very complex world that we live at the moment, and as you said on your video, at the moment we dont have any guidelines from what to do, except to have empathy and be good to each other, this society have seen enough of greed and pure individualism, we need to move into a our society mentality and not my society.

Standards have simply rose to where they should be. In relationships back then the only thing most men had of value to women was as money. Now that women have relatively equal economic states they want people now not bank accounts
