Dude, thank f*cking god. I LOVE how to the point you went. I really hate how most of these tutorials are 45minutes long when I know, to get the darn basics & minimum needed, it can take
Skunk_McFunk hey Shunk are you in country? Come check us out ‘the flying kiwis’ on discord. Got a good group of kiwis (and aussies) which fly regularly on dcs. Can always use a cat driver who knows what they are doing.
Yeah right, I absolutely despise the tutorials for DCS here on youtube just because they are talking so much nonsense instead of just being to the point. Makes me we want to give up on the whole thing.
Hey Sorry if I didnt mention that, if you are using JTAC you just leave the code on the standard preset and continue as normal, if you are operating in the same area as a JTAC then that is when you have to alter the code in your knee board on the ground before flight then proceed as normal. Hope that helps!
Good question, Iceman takes over but doesn't do anything, just maintains flight, with the communication wheel (the one you use to talk to jester) you can get Iceman to change altitude, speed and heading if you are needing to make some adjustments
Best Lantirn tutorial out there, short and straight to the point, thank you so much man
Best tutorial, short and on point and showing exactly what buttons are used.

Ze manual says no LANTIRN above 25.000 ft, but it's not modeled in DCS yet.
Great training video
o7
Agreed but yeah not modeled I do usually keep to that rule on missions but it is nice knowing it's pretty forgiving
Hello from the future. The 40Kw laser on the D was used above 25,000.
does the rio have the option to drop the bombs? or does the pilot have to release?
Good question! Only the pilot has control over that
@@SkunkMcFunk are there any the rio can do or is it all pilot luanched?
subbed
Oooooo nice
When you switch seats, does Iceman take over as pilot, or is the aircraft just pilotless.
Good question, Iceman takes over but doesn't do anything, just maintains flight, with the communication wheel (the one you use to talk to jester) you can get Iceman to change altitude, speed and heading if you are needing to make some adjustments
@@SkunkMcFunk Awesome, will be trying this out today.
