Wow, what an incredible engine. I have always wondered if what needs to be done to an engine that uses a motor plate. in order to keep balancer, pullies etc. lined up, do you need to mill material off the water pump or anything else to make up the difference in the thickness of the plate? I have thought about converting to a plate in my boat and I am just kind of curious. TIA

Brent will the trick flow cylinder heads work with a 4.050 bore, are you a dealer for trick flow, one more question does bbm still make the cast iron block and are you a dealer for them. I also like the fact that it seems your dyno numbers are on the conservative side that is meant as a complement.
Because the Pond blocks don't leak oil out of random porosity spots, nor are the caps installed/marked backwards, nor are the pipe plugs tapped too deep. I could go on and on.
I wish I had the gall to go around to different channels and demand they buy better equipment. I've been building screaming FE's for a very long time and this video was before I started my channel. I will be watching for your donation, however.

I don't feel like it was a good design. Maybe in the early 60's, but it didn't age well. It took the aftermarket to turn it around and give it hope.
