Changing the ID on Your SportDOG E-Collar System

    I did the reset and both of my collars are still going off together.

    Yeah I’m still having trouble as theyre both going off no matter the button. Call support?

      We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your receiver collars both activating at the same time. It appears you may need to change the mode of the remote transmitter and pair up the receiver collars for each individual button.     Larry my sport dog dose turn on my beeper but not sending warning signal to the dog trainer collar no signal when hitting 1true 9 no out put to trainer collar all lites on meaning fully charged but dog gets no signal from reseiver

    I have the following problem. There is no connection between the transmitter and the receiver collar. I tried to connect the two devices with the description in the manual (STEP :: 06
    MATCH THE COLLAR RECEIVER AND REMOTE TRANSMITTER) but unfortunately they have no connection. I took a friend's transmitter and tried step 6 from the manual again with the same receiver collar, the devices immediately connected. My transmitter indexes each button on the LED and everything seems to be fine. It's not wet! I ask for your advice. Тhanks

      @@SportDOGBrand thanks for the reply! I understand, but I am from Bulgaria. Call center is in USA.
      Your products are widely used here, but there is no service center and no maintenance.
      We deal with professional dog training. We can't always buy new devices for some small problem with a transmitter or receiver. This is my 4th transmitter in 5 years.
      What can be done in this case? Is it possible to buy a only cicuit board from you to replace?

    The directions are very hard to understand... setting this and resetting that to get it working...can't get to vibrate or get a low setting...the videos are just as confusing ...they need to make them in laymen's terms and not like we have all built them and work on them...
