Adding a Dog to Your SD-425 System

Interested in adding a collar for a second dog. Once a remote is paired to both collars, does it send the same signal to each?

Even with switching to option 4 to program the second collar they are both going off. I can’t control only one at a time.

Hey Alisha. I'm sorry both collars are activating at the same time. I'm sure it's frustrating, as this should be a very simple process. Try changing the ID code on your transmitter, and then pair the two collars again, making sure to use a different button for each collar. If that doesn't work, please call our Customer Care center at 800-275-6797. They are very helpful and can walk you through troubleshooting your system, as this is not the norm.

Not working. Now both collars vibe and shock at the same time for both buttons. Ugggghhhhhh. Help

+xXxDOYLExXx hopefully you already got help, but for anyone else who needs to know, you must first change the mode of the hand held device. There is a separate video for this, you need to set the collar to mode #4 for 2 dogs.
