The stimulation range can be set at different ranges to help ensure you are getting the correct amount of stimulation for your dog. This video also applies to the FieldTrainer 425S, WetlandHunter 425CAMO, and SportHunter 825. (SD-425S, SD-425CAMO, SD-825)

I'll be honest. Without these videos it would be next to impossible to follow the paper instructions. It's a really great product but you're dealing with a lot of green dog trainers who need super dumbed down paper instruction. Images of step by step. Your product will be easier to self promote to others then. Keep up the great work

does anyone in the company read the reviews? even with the videos i dont understand.
i got mine for new years as a gift, finally going to use it on my black lab and the instructions might as well be in chinese. reading the comments below ill try the 1800 first but yea, i cant get it to vibrate. lets see what i get told.........

Products purchased directly with us at sportdog.com or with our Customer Care Center over the phone have a 45-day return window, and you can find return instructions on our website. Otherwise, any return or exchange policies are left at the sole discretion of the retailer that you purchased the system from.
However, please note that our X-series systems are not set up to vibrate at factory settings, and you will want to reprogram the remote to be able to do so. For the FieldTrainer 425X or SportHunter 825X, these instructions can be found on page ten of your manual.
Dial it down. Hold it in your hand and see if you feel that zaps or vibration
