1 Tbls. Cornstarch
2 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
Whisk together to combine spices well. (This amount is equivalent to one package of fajita seasoning mix.) This can be stored with spices in a sealed jar. It adds so much great flavor!

I use the garlic in the jar too. One of m y convenience items. I’m still looking for the frozen onions. I do buy the frozen pearl onion. I peeled my own once. That’s all it took to buy the frozen ones. Lol such a time saver.

I keep already browned hamburger in the freezer in 1 lb portions. If I need browned burger for a recipe it's ready. Big time saver.

Hey Mel! I done everything mince fresh garlic. Lol. I gotta have that jarred stuff. Haha. I love recipes from her site. They're always so good. I will try that fajita seasoning. Listen, I got a Dutch oven about 8 months ago or so, and i still can't get it. Things seem to stick so easily. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. It's hard to clean too. I'd just assume use my large skillet. Those brownies look Amazing! Wow! And I want to tell you just how happy I am for your channel. You are doing phenomenal. And it couldn't be happening to a better person. I knew from the start that you were gonna do great at this. I pray for nothing but success for you. When you showed your sink and said your dishwasher is full and the struggle is real, I felt I have to reach out to you and tell you you're not alone in the struggle. I'm in the same boat and I understand. For me it's a vicious cycle. Only reason my sink is clean RN is cuz I just emptied and loaded my dishwasher late last night LOL it feels good to have a clean sink but it won't be for long cuz it's getting late so I need to get up and make somethinmg to eat and dirty a pan or two it was good while it lasted. LOL

Everything looks so yummy . Those brownies look so good with the marshmallows.. I try to do fancy things and it’s brownies that my grands love .. I will try this marshmallow and I have some caramel bits I’m going to put in it..and that grill chicken salad spoke to me too 😀

Those grilled chicken you can put in air fryer for 10 to 15 minutes. My son will throw 2 in and get buns and make quick chicken sandwich. Love to add BBQ sauce.
