The things I would do to be able to watch this game and the 2000 Super Bowl LIVE. Every Ravens fan that’s old enough to have been able to experience this season and this game is so lucky
I miss the old AFC Central. Four tough teams around the late 90's and early 2000's with the Titans, Ravens, Jaguars, and Steelers. Browns and Bengals simply existed to take a beating.
My son and I were at this game, the only Ravens fans in our section..... ( we came up from Birmingham ).....when the Ravens won, the Tennessee fans did congratulate us and did wish us well into the next game against Oakland.....
The 2000 Titans defense is one of the best defenses ever, they're under rated when it comes to all time defenses. Led the league in fewest yards allowed and fewest passing yards. Ravens were just that good
Basically the titans lost this game because their field goal formation allowed two field goals to be blocked, their kicker missed one field goal, and their punter punted a short punt to like the other teams 40 yard line and their was a 15 yard penalty attached to it. These four mistakes costed the titans 9 points (3 missed field goals) and gave the ravens 10 points (touchdown return from blocked field goal plus 1 field goal due to having good starting field position from titans bad punt and penalty). Smh
This game was the beginning of the end for that early Titans era of McNair and George. Yes, they made it back to the playoffs the following years and even reached the AFC Championship in 2002, but those teams were a shell of their former dominant selves from 1999-2000. The Titans had one of the best home field advantages until this 2000 season when the Ravens went into Nashville and beat them twice.
Not really Tennessee went 11-5 in 2002 and went to the AFC Championship game then in 2003 they went 12-4 and lost in the divisional round to the Patriots.
The 2000 ravens playoff team was hot and full of fire...that team had four Future Hall Of Famers Ray Lewis And Jonathan Ogden...that ravens defense was on point...great game between the ravens and titans...two game changers changed the game:the Anthony Mitchell blocked field goal for a touchdown and Ray Lewis interception return for a touchdown...al delgreco’s last nfl game..rip Art Modell Chuck Evans Steve Mcnair Tony Siragusa and Orlando bobo..
Both the 2000 Ravens and the 2001 Patriots won the Super Bowl by playing excellent special teams and defense. Ravens had no business beating the Titans here just like the 2001 Patriots had no business beating the 2001 Rams

This game was soooooo damn goood. Living in DC and being a fan of AFC football it was a pleasure to watch this Championship run. Football is very different now. Running lanes are more wide open and you can't hit anyone. Not to mention QB's regularly throw 40-50 times a game now.
Who’s here before the Ravens Titans playoff game in 2020?
This is 1 of best NFL playoff games I ever watched 💯💯
Shannon Sharpe had a big play vs Denver vs Tenn and vs Oak! Veteran leader!
Ravens score offensive TD special teams TD and defensive TD vs Tenn Vs NYG
The Ravens 2000 squad is like p0rn to defensive coordinators. Loads of talent and you could see Ray Lewis peaking in real time.
I need to check back every couple years to remember how football was meant to be played.
These were the days...football was still football.
Who's here because Skip mentioned this game on the show today and it made you want to see it lol 1/10/2020
Which undisputed segment was it?
Hell of a game! I remember watching it live…hard hitting game
Titans had a great team, but the Raven's defense was one of the all-time best.
We were going through Nashville on our way to Florida when this game was going on. We were on the high way and could here the cheers from the stadium.
How football is supposed to be played
The things I would do to be able to watch this game and the 2000 Super Bowl LIVE. Every Ravens fan that’s old enough to have been able to experience this season and this game is so lucky
I miss the old AFC Central. Four tough teams around the late 90's and early 2000's with the Titans, Ravens, Jaguars, and Steelers. Browns and Bengals simply existed to take a beating.
lmao
TheLoneDraftsman yes
My son and I were at this game, the only Ravens fans in our section..... ( we came up from Birmingham ).....when the Ravens won, the Tennessee fans did congratulate us and did wish us well into the next game against Oakland.....
The 2000 Titans defense is one of the best defenses ever, they're under rated when it comes to all time defenses. Led the league in fewest yards allowed and fewest passing yards. Ravens were just that good
If Al Del Greco did his job the Titans would've won. That was probably the worst special teams performance by a team ever.
@@glong86 2021 Packers: hold my cheese
@@glong86I agree, ad a Giants fan,, the Titans would have won the superbowl that year had they got past Baltimore.
Smh
Damn Steve McNair’s cadence was legendary
Joe ikr i was like dang
This is still when grown men played football ✌🏾💜🖤💜🖤💜
The game that made Ray Lewis famous
He been famous
Your Drunk
Once in a lifetime MLB..never saw a dominant force like him when he was in his prime..just unreal
Many people forget the Titans and the Ravens used to have a huge rivalry.
2 missed FG’s(1 Returned for a TD),Int return for a pick 6,Kenny Holmes drop a pick, totally jacked ball the game off
3 missed FGs actually
Serves them right after that forward pass...
Buffalo Bills TFGO PS4 lmao
Buffalo Bills TFGO PS4 somebody salty
Flynnstone TFGO that was the year before this lol...
3:25 😂😂 Brian Billick was such a savage
This game was the beginning of the end for that early Titans era of McNair and George. Yes, they made it back to the playoffs the following years and even reached the AFC Championship in 2002, but those teams were a shell of their former dominant selves from 1999-2000. The Titans had one of the best home field advantages until this 2000 season when the Ravens went into Nashville and beat them twice.
Not really Tennessee went 11-5 in 2002 and went to the AFC Championship game then in 2003 they went 12-4 and lost in the divisional round to the Patriots.
They managed to beat my Ravens in 2003 AFC Wild Card in Baltimore
Titans missed the playoffs the very next season
The 2000 ravens playoff team was hot and full of fire...that team had four Future Hall Of Famers Ray Lewis And Jonathan Ogden...that ravens defense was on point...great game between the ravens and titans...two game changers changed the game:the Anthony Mitchell blocked field goal for a touchdown and Ray Lewis interception return for a touchdown...al delgreco’s last nfl game..rip Art Modell Chuck Evans Steve Mcnair Tony Siragusa and Orlando bobo..
Bryan R. *4 future HOFs. Woodson and Sharpe.. they didn’t go in as Ravens but still
Troy Mathis yes indeed my bad
I miss Steve McNair. May he Rest In Peace.
I watched this game live back in the days. Exciting times...and a different game.
Both the 2000 Ravens and the 2001 Patriots won the Super Bowl by playing excellent special teams and defense. Ravens had no business beating the Titans here just like the 2001 Patriots had no business beating the 2001 Rams
There offense was below average. The Giants defense was tough on them during the superbowl expect for a few handful of plays
@@bigrich6075 the few handful of plays did them in, because the Ravens defense wasn’t giving the Giants’ offense anything. The Giants advanced past midfield twice the entire game iirc
brings back great memories. Lewis,Boulware and Sharper and the two tanks in the middle Goose and Sam Adams.
Back when the game hadn't been ruined by horseshit penalties and the defense didn't have to play flag football
Todd Corbin " Amen " - no Truer words - have ever been spoken. Now it's " Pussy-ball "
Thanks,great memories
