Note too that the Message in a Bottles on the east coast STV can drop Scroll of Agility II etc, there is no other drop source I think.
Use this macro for a 1 button fishing. You press it once and it equips your pole, if it has a lure then it cast fishing and if no it casts the lure. Just replace the names for the fishin pole and lures that you want to use.

I tried fishing in the Bay of Storms over the weekend. 150 fishing, big iron fishing pole, Aquadynamic fish attractors. It still says I'm still too low level to fish. Winter squid is usually a good money maker for me. But by the time we are able to really fish in this zone, Winter Squid will be out season.
Bay of storms is 330 fishing to cast, 425 to not get away.
Been wondering. You saved me the trip tyty. Fishing elemental water pools is peak life, can't wait.

I've been doing this farm since day 2.. Never saw more than a handful of people fishing at any given time... Now its extremely crowded and its packed with people fishing everywhere.. 10-15gph down to maybe 3.. fml
Yeah. I tried fishing in STV about 1.5 weeks ago and it was highly contested and not worth my time on Wild Growth. I imagine it’s way worse now.

I know some low sub content creators have been publicising but this is me officially saying RIP to me using my game knowledge to farm shit. Noticeably more saturated within the past half a day.
It was a really bad idea :D This Stranglehorn vale is packed with high level mobs, and i can't even reach the shore

Big Iron Fishing Pole Farming - I got 3 of them in 10h of swimming and dying. Farming these can be addictive.

I went to alterac mountains at fishing level 120 and it says I cant fish there
How do you even get to Lordamere Lake in northern Alterac Mountains? The Defias and mountain lions blocking the way are level 33 and I don't want to corpse walk all the way there just to fish.

You can just farm the Strong Iron Fishingpoles in Descolace by opening traps. I got 4 poles in 2h yesterday.

Vendor only has 1 in stock at a time. After someone purchases, it takes a few hours for the vendor to restock it.

Can't seem to fish STV as all the crocs?
There’s like 3 areas you can’t fish because of those, but there’s still a lot of possible locations
I levelled up to 125 but still says I’m too low at AV. Do I have to use the +25 fishing rod to fish in this zone at my level? Not sure what I’m missing
Yes, you can google min lvl to fish, there's reddit post with map of all zones with min lvl and lvl to stop failing...i believe AV is 155 min

Gathermate is good.
I like fishingbuddy, allows auto-luring and double click casting. That combined with gathermate2(plus the database) is really all you need.

Farming honor while fishing? Seems like a good way to call for trouble and start a war when you just want to feeeesh, I would recommend against much warfare if you want to chill while fishing.

You do Thunder bluff/orgrimmar or stormwind/darnassus from 1 to 150 No need to go out for 150 only

You should position yourself as far away as possible. I skip locations where it’s not a possibility

Fished in 8 different normal schools, here I would usually get 3-4 trunks, I got 1 this morning.

yeah this is bullshit, good way to aggro skull lvl crocs from a mile away unless you want to pop 1 fish attractor per rare pool not swarmed by enemies
