You can either use shrink or delete to create unallocated space
Caution - Use delete only if you are ok to lose the data in that target drive or you have backed up that drive already.
If you are ok to delete the D: drive you may not require any third-party software - you will get unallocated space immediately after C: drive and you are good to extend.

Sir, I have created successfully 30 GB from D Drive. My system shows Disk0 and Disk1 and D Drive falls in Disk1. A space of 1000 MB is also available just next to C. Can I move un-allocated space fro Disk1 to Disk0 as C falls in Disk0? Kindly guide. I can share the screenshot if you like but here no option to send you screenshot of my problem. Thanks

right click my computer -- manage -- disk management --- do you see unallocated space immediately after c: --- only if you have unallocated space IMMEDIATELY AFTER the c drive, you can extend... if not install ... easeus partition master free and follow the steps told on the video...
