THANK YOU!!! I was trying to use Defrag’s to be able to partition my SSD for over-provisioning, and it made the available shrink size 0! This helped me find and fix the issues.
my defrag problem was System Volume Information and after emptying it I am able to shrink my volume space to only 11gb. and now the problem is: \ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\mpenginedb.db-wal::$DATA . how am i supposed to solve that now? thanks.

@@itarmy2778 The latest issue is that, after I disable all 3 of the pagefile, hibern and restore point and reboot, everything works fine as I can see that I am able to shrink the drive. As soon as I re-enabled the 3 files and reboot then I am back to the original issue that I cannot shrink a volume beyond the point. Its very strange? If I want to shrink the drive again I can go and disable it all but doesn't seem right to do that each time to perform a shrink drive?
