This tutorial is amazing, it was the solution for my C partition...I've moved 20 GB from another partition to C partition, and now I don't have any problems. Thanks!
I'm so desperate for needing more space on disc C, but then too tired to resize the C and D partition doing the old way (cut and paste, backup image, etc). Your video saved me time and effort. Thank you for that.
it really worked for me. i have extended my C drive space from 40GB (which was running out of volume) to 80 gb and now having 40 gb free space on C drive. .....very much thanks for doing such a great work and helping lot of needful people
This software worked perfectly! Recommend that when you do this you have the video playing on a separate PC/phone/other internet device and pause it to execute each step on the PC you are needing to expand space on. Thank you so much! Excellent video and software!
As you're reading this im downloading the tool and trying to expand the drive and see if it works.... If i won't make it back, tell my mother, i hated her.
Wow what a nice piece of software, I tried the free version and it worked great so I purchased the home one and downloaded the other free versions of software they have. I love it when I find something that just works! Thank you for the video, I never would have found it without this video.
I very rarely comment, but this works perfectly. Just make sure you download the home edition linked in the comments of the video, not the free trial, and it'll work perfectly.
Maybe cuz the allocated space from d drive is not near to c drive.... Although no wonder that you won't need this solution as 6 years have passed and u might have bought a new laptop lol
Hey man i have a problem i followed ur instruction rite up until after i made an Unallocated partition which i wanted to extend the C partition with but it wont let me extend it anymore why?
Thanks dude, I've just took 60 gig from my D drive and put it on my C drive, works 100%. For anyone downloading the free version, it does install 3rd party software, a malware remover and Yahoo search. You won't be able to remove the 3rd party software in control panel remove hardware. What you do is Ctrl+Alt+Del and bring up task manager, go to Services, click on the Service icon with the shield, find the 3rd Party software, you will see it, ByteFence Anti malware (2 will be running), highlight it, and in the top left you will see, "Stop Program", click it. Then go into program files on you're C drive, find the malware software folder, and delete. You can't delete it from uninstall because it runs automatically in the back ground, follow these steps, and bam, you can up the gig on you're C drive, with all 3rd party software removed. Also, hit windows start, type in %appdata% and it brings you to hidden files, you will find files there, just delete the malware folder.
nice, I went from 10gb to 129 gb on os:c. It took about 2 hours for the whole process due to moving allocated size around data d. Thanks for that video.
Be careful. I downloaded the program it suggested in the video, and it worked exactly as the video says it does, ***BUT**** it also downloaded a bunch of malware to my computer that cannot be removed by a simple uninstall. So now I've had to download more freeware to remove the malware. And the worst part is I don't even know if I've fixed it all cuz I don't know where all the files are hiding. Fucking nightmare.
Or could it be, you were just a noob and just clicked next next next, without reading what you were installing, yes there is tool bars on and yes other things but you get the damn option NOT to install them. pretty much in any other free program.

yo thx sooooooo much. ur the best that helped so much. i was super frustrated with this and this video changed everything. i was stressed out for two hours and this short video just was beast. thx again
thank you veryyyy much. My drive was full and only 300 MB was remaining. I was searching for the solution but nothing happen. THANKS TO YOU for posting this video.
It worked for me. I needed to reallocate space from drives i made on my ssd. (My local disk C needed space). Was pretty nervous, but it appears to have worked out. Thanks for the help.
You're going to have to bite the bullet and delete/uninstall enough programming from c: to allow the down load. Things you can reinstall later, make sure you have the registration keys if needed. Good luck.
I took out some space from the D drive [the unallocated part] but it's as if it has nothing to do with the C drive. That one refuses to resize no matter what. It's like there's no unalllocated part yet there is. Someone please help me! My C drive is on the edge of being completely full and various problems have arisen from that.
+sofitssofi Hi. this point he didnt clarify it enough in the video but u should decrease the diskspace from the D. drive from the left so u can add it to the C. dive
after following these step in video do this if the drive shows increase in size but not free space go to windows explorer and go to :organize-folder and search options-view tab- select show hidden files and untick hide protected files click ok and go to c drive and should see these files hiberfil.sys & pagefile.sys with large size to remove it read these link 1 www.techrepublic.com/blog/windows-and-office/how-do-i-delete-hiberfilsys-and-reclaim-the-hard-disk-space/ to delete hiberfil.sys enter command prompt as adminstrator and type cd.. and enter, do it once more then type the command given in link 2 www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/windows/what-is-pagefilesys-can-i-remove-pagefilesys-3608749/ to delete pagefile.sys
+ahmed hassan Brother can you please help me? I'm not getting what you just said here "Hi. this point he didnt clarify it enough in the video but u should decrease the diskspace from the D. drive from the left so u can add it to the C. dive" can you please help me as m running out of space in C drve.
here's my upvote! great app, as simple as tutorial. at first I was sceptical, cause I've read that this kind of action may harm your disk. as far as I can see, no harm is done and I have long wanted free C disk space. the only thing video doesn't show is that boot lasts about 20-30 minutes, so I was bored waiting it to be completed :D :D
Thank you so much. I thought for sure 30 Gb was enough for my partition for windows 7, until I started loading drivers and such. This made it so easy to fix.
If I didn't thank you, I'm a worst human ever since I was looking for many sites/forum but finally I solved with this tutorial. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! #For those failed, you're not following this steps! Its works on Windows XP as well!
But this does not work for me, because I have no adjacent unallocated space and I don't want to delete the partition, but I know aomei partition assistant can help.
It has limitation and Extend Volume greyed out, I think it is better to use other tools, I also tried Aomei Partition Assistant, it has no limitation in when extend the volume.
great work..thanks allot..really it helpd so much... and if there is space in E drive..and i want to incrase C drive...then should i follow the same process?
Thank you for your amazing video, glad i can help my mate from getting annoying trouble since he was trying to installing a humongous-space-eater game...
I've tried it and it works, thanks a lot. Now the question is what if later on I installed fresh copy of windows 7 ? Do the new sizes still work or do I have to do it allover again ?!
Wow! thanks a lot mate it worked perfectly for me, people who says it's not working don't really understand how to use this software, it's bit tricky if you are not fasmiliar with partiton
Thanks for this! My C: partition was running into a memory wall. I thought 40GB would be enough for Windows 7, but no despite me installing all programs to the D: (they just gotta have that C: drive space apparently). Thankfully I still have more than enough space on my D:, so this is a perfect solution. Thanks.
Thanks, Khaja, for your very informative, easy to follow, step by step VDO. My Vista C had become too tight with only some 4 GB left. I took 50GB from D. Now it's C100 and D150. But I should have emptied D before the operation because the reboot (the 3 progress lines) took forever. I guess because of relocating the 50GB data I had left on D. And, yes, the Vista method was unusable as the C's "Expend" remained grayed out after I had created an unallocated 50GB space from D.
This tutorial is amazing, it was the solution for my C partition...I've moved 20 GB from another partition to C partition, and now I don't have any problems. Thanks!

You just saved me by the installation of a new windows hats off to u man
it really worked for me. i have extended my C drive space from 40GB (which was running out of volume) to 80 gb and now having 40 gb free space on C drive. .....very much thanks for doing such a great work and helping lot of needful people
thank you a 1000 times. finally something comprehensible even to a layman. :)
+Filip Cibor Great. After a restart nothing happened!
My C drive is still almost full and im uninstalling this useless program.
Motitoti We wanna know do you still hate your mother ???
Wow what a nice piece of software, I tried the free version and it worked great so I purchased the home one and downloaded the other free versions of software they have. I love it when I find something that just works! Thank you for the video, I never would have found it without this video.
Saved comp, money and job! Thaks!!!!

Thanks a lot!!!!!
My partition was so full. With your discription everything was so easy and now i have 160 Gb more. Thanks again!
Well, you have to pay to execute the tasks.
"Trial version is only allowed to preview the result. Activate now to execute the task."
Could you fix the problem? I am also facing same problem.
I very rarely comment, but this works perfectly. Just make sure you download the home edition linked in the comments of the video, not the free trial, and it'll work perfectly.
Thank you - for the simple, straightforward instructions - great help!
ANDREW
Thank you so much. It worked. I was so scared it would fail, but at the end, my computer now has 250 GB capacity :)
when i make space in the d: drive then i right click on the c: drive and there is no more options!!! why??????
Maybe cuz the allocated space from d drive is not near to c drive....
Although no wonder that you won't need this solution as 6 years have passed and u might have bought a new laptop lol
Thanks . Did the partition first time. Worked well with Windows 7.
Hey man i have a problem i followed ur instruction rite up until after i made an Unallocated partition which i wanted to extend the C partition with but it wont let me extend it anymore why?
They wont help...

WOW....
@ years ago I partitioned with the same video nd today I have done it once agein with the same video ... good job.... trustful
this doesnt work for me, even after shrinking and restarting windows, it still doesnt allow me to expand C with the unallocated space i created
actually i figured it out, you have to shrink from the left side, where C:\ is, otherwise you cant merge the shrunken part
Usoppun Sama Really helped, thanks.
Doesn't work for me
download the easeus software
Thank you so much for the video. It took almost 40 minutes to do it. But it is done. Thanks a lot.

nice, I went from 10gb to 129 gb on os:c. It took about 2 hours for the whole process due to moving allocated size around data d. Thanks for that video.

Hey it works, ty very much. now increased my c drive space.
Thanks, Khaja, for your very informative, easy to follow, step by step VDO.
My Vista C had become too tight with only some 4 GB left.
I took 50GB from D. Now it's C100 and D150.
