Looking good, wish I could smell the aromas. I'd like to try making this. I grow endless broad-leaf thyme in the backyard, but never thought to put it into curry. I like how you add the fresh green herbs periodically throughout the cooking process.
My friend gave me a spice rack with all these seeds. Now I know what to do with them. Great stuff. Looking out for eat ah food curry powder in the grocery soon😉
Yessss! Also check out my essential spices video for some inspiration: ruclips.net/video/bD_GEfsMehw/видео.html and look out for that curry blend soon 😉
I love how u say usual suspects wen it cums to ur aromatics i.love ur videos dey dont stray dey r on point never long and boring keep up d great job god bless u and ur loved ones
Excellent!! I like how you layered your flavours. Btw I've been looking for a mortar and pestle like yours for quite a while. If you don't mind telling me where you got yours? Thank you 😊😊keep up the good job!!
Ah love this video, especially as you build yuh curry from scratch, no pre made curry powder. But how you rate this as opposed to the branded curry. BTW I love mine with bussupshot, but that bussupshot hadda be like wafer thin and silky.
Thank you! Thing is, the store bought curry blends aren't as flavorful as when you do it yourself because the toasting and grinding process of the herbs release fresh oils and aromas which create intense flavor. So it's a totally different experience. I would always opt to making my own curry powder instead of buying it. Buss Up Shut is the perfect thing for a curry chicken! Silky as yuh say! 💯💯💯
