What goes into the curry paste besides curry and water? I think I saw three ingredients go in the make- up of the paste. What was the third ingredient.

Yes, please check the printable recipe. Usually 1 tbs per pound. Some brands yield and some don’t so adjust accordingly. Plus you have the option of increasing or decreasing depending on whether you want a light or heavy curry.
Love your instructional videos...but please lower the music when you're not talking as well...it is distracting. Prefer to hear the cooking sizzling etc. 😊

When do you turn up the heat? Then when do you turn down the heat? And then, when do you turn up the heat again? I have been trying to cook Trini chicken for a couple years now and I keep throwing out the chicken because it never taste like my Aunt Poplins Curry Chicken. She is dead so I cant ask her for advice. Noone make Trini chicken curry here where I live so I have no one to ask or help me. I watch alot of tutorials on youtube and it STILL NEVER taste like Trini curry chicken. PLEASE HELP! I tired of throwing ponds and pounds of chicken into the garbage. Literally. Alison brookins Hi Alison. Cilantro is a good substitute or leave it out if you can’t find either-just use a little more scallion.
