    Thank you for all your video content. I've looked at many other videos, tried others but yours has been the only one that makes my family satisfied. I can finally successfully make curried chicken to feed others that aren't family members.

    Hi Ria, I have made this Trini Curry Chicken twice, and it was delicious and easy to follow. I loved the Curry technique where you mixed it as a paste. Thank you so much. Your videos are wonderful very detailed. You are a great teacher!

    This was soo pleasing to watch that salad brought back memories of spending holidays by my grandparents in my younger days. Loved this alot just in time for pegion peas season. Yumminess. Lots of love from trini

    What goes into the curry paste besides curry and water? I think I saw three ingredients go in the make- up of the paste. What was the third ingredient.

    Rea I am having a hard time finding Culantro or Bandhina For this curry recipe is there something I can substitute that for one making the green seasoning.

      Alison brookins Hi Alison. Cilantro is a good substitute or leave it out if you can’t find either-just use a little more scallion.

      Rina traditionally bone in chicken is used because it adds more flavor! You can use thighs or legs for best results.

      Yes, please check the printable recipe. Usually 1 tbs per pound. Some brands yield and some don’t so adjust accordingly. Plus you have the option of increasing or decreasing depending on whether you want a light or heavy curry.

    You forgot ginger and curry leaves also cumin all these ingredients combined together makes a better curry but you have done good

    When do you turn up the heat? Then when do you turn down the heat? And then, when do you turn up the heat again? I have been trying to cook Trini chicken for a couple years now and I keep throwing out the chicken because it never taste like my Aunt Poplins Curry Chicken. She is dead so I cant ask her for advice. Noone make Trini chicken curry here where I live so I have no one to ask or help me. I watch alot of tutorials on youtube and it STILL NEVER taste like Trini curry chicken. PLEASE HELP! I tired of throwing ponds and pounds of chicken into the garbage. Literally. I have a personal email if you could help me. VERY SERIOUS INQUIRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
